When you guys do a 180 or 360 do you usually turn to the left or right? I can really only do it from the left side but want to learn to twist the other way. Thinking about it now, when I turn to ski backwards, it's also always to the left. If you see a guy running around a park in Allentown tomorrow trying spins, it's probably me. Anybody on here like to do combination tricks. The best are combining an old school trick like a back-scrather with some sort of grab and maybe some sort of little kick thrown in.

Its whatever feels good, a lot of people spin to the left, but I spin to the right. spinning the opposite way of which your used to spinning is called unatural, or unatty. Same thing for sliding a rail or box. Its good to learn to spin both ways so that if you try 270s you can either spin natural and land unatural, or the opposite.

Spin on a groomer both left and right and get comfortable with going each way first, then try it on the edge of 'cross over" trail each way, then take it to the jumps. Spinning both directions shows mad steeze!!

I spin to the right. It is so hard for me to do left spins. But when im goin in switch i spin left. All though i can only do a switch one, but its weird switch i could left but regular i cant.

I NORMALLY SPIN TO THE RIGHT IT FELLS MORE NATURAL. I TRIED TO SPIN TO THE LEFT AND FELL ON MY FACE.

yeah i agree. i mean its all personal preference and how your comfortable. i tryed doing a spin to the left pfft.. ended up being and inverted 3 right on my back..... that wasnt nive you can ask VTmark about that one.

If neone has notice the xgame last year there is no such thing as natty and unatty spins or grinds. Now theyre starting to use rightside and leftside. kinda like snowboarding frontside and backside. The xgame are expection its competitors to spin both way. I dont say unnatty or natty nemore, cause i can spin and grind both way. I spin leftside better and i slide rightside better. But in the future i beleives its all gonna be rightside and leftside.

what I mean is that it doesnt matter, thats like hearing this one argue i heard on newschoolers about people calling the tips and tails of skis nose and tail saying that it was wrong because snowboarders call it that. There is no right or wrong, andrew is just an inavator.
