Highest daily case count occurred yesterday.

today will be a new high score by a lot if they're using the same metrics that i used in the past. seems like they keep mixing things up / missing / combining days so i'm not certain.

im too lazy to do it anymore, but i was using the county result PDFs. They're usually uploaded to the server around 9am (website updates the link around noon). just change the date in the url in to today's for the most recent file. copy/paste into excel, take difference between yesterday and today and thats the new number.

It's still not according to the NY DoH website that was just updated today.

i'm pretty sure it's just a travel 'advisory', nevermind, they're all advisories. even though PA fits the rubric for mandated quarantine, they're not enforcing it, it's just discouraged. been on the news here the last couple days.

Yup because before only the sick and old were tested and now it’s common. I wouldn’t be surprised if a couple PASRs had Corona and didn’t even know it or shook it off as a bad hangover.  I haven’t even had a runny nose during this.  Insane..

im convinced i had it, though it just felt like a slight respiratory issue. 10sh days later my wife had to do breathing treatments at urgent care because she 'felt like she was drowning' and couldn't breath

this was in late jan, maybe into early feb but i dont remember

a week before i felt it, i was at a trade show with 12+ thousand attendees from 40+ states and 10+ countries.

  4. yo we gotta stop covid no matter what it takes bro. we flattened the curve but now that we did that, lets just try to eradicate it even tho it'll never happen but we have to try because it's so dangerous. doesn't matter how many lives are indirectly destroyed because of evil coronavirus. lets just do our part you know.

  5. the cautious have been accommodated for almost half a year now. if you're at risk, stay home. if you're not so much at risk, do whatever you want but try to keep safeguards in mind and practice them if possible.

i don't know when trying to flatten the curve turned into whatever it is now.

  6. IF this is true...

i think the only logical thing to do is offer refunds if someone wants to back out of their season pass because of the reduced hours.

it's a fair argument that a lot of people bought their season passes expecting to ski nights and now that might not be an option.

i don't think it calls for partial refunds or anything like that if people are given the opportunity to bail without penalty.

    don't like it, go elsewhere.
