Was gonna tell you….looks like you’ll get lucky when you go. Upper ridge and lower bowl won’t be bad for May. Jealous.

Awesome views from there. All around Lehigh gorge actually has some of the best overlooks in the area.

I didn’t even know that was there. Damn

Rt209 shutdown though Packerton .
The observation deck on the East side of the river is in danger.Which observation deck? The one up on flagstaff or the 100 mile view? Either way this sucks. Lots of homes near there. You can smell it up this way.

I know…crazy. My daughter said she might head up today. If it keeps snowing you never know, could be open when you go. I think may 5th or something is around there is officially the closing date, but that could change. Crazy that they’re pushing 200 inches when they were in a drought the first 4 months of the season.

Felt weird staying in this morning. Not that it matters but judging by the webcams there's no way they would have been able to open this weekend.

If you call the main phone number 610-826-7700, it says "blue mountain is closed for the season"

Ran into @enjoralas in the lodge who informed me that I missed creme brulee day, dammit! As Philly team fans say, "There's always next year..."
Had to be carried out both Saturday and Sunday, as the snow softened and the bumps turned HERO.
Can barely walk this morning as the legs are just complete @toast21602Will be interested to see what's in store for the coming weekend, what they can cobble together.
Definitely Razor's and Nightweaver have plenty of snow, but the runouts will probably need some Old MacDonald treatment.
After the impressive magic they pulled on upper Paradise to get it covered, I'm pretty sure they won't have any problems opening.
Where they got the snow for Paradise is a complete mystery.Interested for sure to see. It's so warm (70) and humid outside.now. When I look across the valley I can't even see blue. It's a haze. Thursday and Fri are supposed to be like this too. Yes nmdw has a ton of snow but is it enough to get down through homestretch and back to the lift, not to mention from the lift up top to the actual trail? My guess is if they open it's Vista only depending on how the snow fares over there. Either way I'm ok to hang 'em up and embrace camping and hiking weather.

Bittersweet leaving today. I feel like this may be it for the season. Sad for that...but happy that it really was another great season. Thanks for spoiling us again with the food @enjoralas. As for the skiing. Good coverage all things considered. Yesterday took it's toll in spots. Like @GrilledSteezeSandwich said it was probably the quietest that I can recall seeing blue on a weekend. I can't imagine they're making much money so a shout out to Blue for opening up for the pass holders this weekend (and maybe next). Definitely grateful for that

According to my car, 20 minutes from blue but within eye sight, it’s 81.

Fun morning. The valley was deceiving temp wise early on as, on the lift ride up about half way up, it felt like the beach. Fun spring ski day regardless and the amount of snow still on the mountain, on March 29th (while others are now closed for the season), is downright impressive. Blue does a really nice job of pushing snow around. Will be interesting to see what tomorrow looks like after 80 degrees today.

Happened to me at killington a long time ago. Waited about an hour on the k1 chair. Once it started moving they had people handing out vouchers a the top redeemable for a free soft drink. A free latte from first tracks would have been a nice gesture for you guys

How was coverage on what was open? And did we lose any more trails since last week?
-
I must say that I love the “we’re gonna go as long as we can” approach. Reminds me of old school killington.
