Conditions were kind of meh. First run on razors was decent but everything loosened up rather quickly and the sugar was vast. Upper main was decent, lower was a disaster. Lazy was brown. Upper para was good. Lower was crap. They're so thin everywhere but where were they making snow? Coming soon (fine), NMDW (probably for the park), and Yeti. It didn't make any sense to me. Either way today was about the new lift. Ben, Glenn and I scored 3rd chair (second if you don't count the winners). Once the main street express opened the line at the 6 became non existent.

Ohh that's cool. It provides a whole new perspective on what's going on below and less opportunity for people to throw trash under the lift because most of it is over actual skiable terrain.

Just kinda over crap conditions like cookies and sugar, snowcone what it is type of snow. But on the positive side, most blue mountain skiers can go anywhere out west and ski like a baller because of it.

Night conditions can be good a lot of the time, like in the spring. Tonight was not. I hate sugar with the burning passion of 1000 suns. And its a staple at blue unfortunately

No it was my fault for forgetting my pass. Besides it was $20...so like a donation to Blue mountain. Similar to how you would donate to your local fire department or church.

Amazing how it can go from so good to so bad in the course of a day.

I'm strongly considering a no night sesh policy like @toast21602with the exception early and late season Btw props to blue for cleaning the trail of litter

If you go on a ski trip and come back don't forget to put your blue pass back in your coat. It's $20 charge to give you a new one.

It's simple. When you want to ski anything from switch going east....new lift. Anything else 6 pack or quad.

Back home now. still on a ski high from yesterday. Overall great trip. Snowbowl, Flagstaff, San Francisco peaks, northern Arizona period is a special place. Hope more PASRs visit. Tha ks for reading.

You know blue has a powerful snowmaking system that can get them through some tough weather. Just buy a blue pass instead of the endless mathematical equations about which passes will save you 50 cents
