I’m glad to hear this cause I was worried people would think I’m a Karen if I say something

Definitely say something. You could easily have gotten hurt due to an incompetent, tyrannical lift moron.

No report ZZSlope fucked it up by prematurely starting this thread when he didn’t even ski.

Are you sure I didn't ski? Thank you to. Mixilplix and mute for your informative reports.

    En route with @Schifdog.

    We’re in Cherryville.

Traffic is wild on Blue Mountain Road near Soaked Winery… kinda near the Turkey Hill on Lehigh Drive.

left at 6am. So many slow drivers going 10 mph gripping. 🧐

That is a precurser to what you will find on the hill, minus the cars. Be careful out there.

    Hey All,

I’m back from a fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain.  I arrived at the lower lot around 825 and it was a frosty 31 degrees at the base but 39 at the upper entrance…mad inversion Yo.  Some guns still blasting around the base area and the top of Razors.

Wow a lot of people were in the house today including NMSki, Atomic Jeff, PARidge, JLaw, Dirtwolf, Toast, Root, C1er, Bethlehem ford crew, TP4 and many others.  The same terrain as last week was open…they didn’t blow enough on Paradise to open. Easy out and vista had nice snow almost packed powder, midway was pretty good a little slick near the bottom and lower main was decent.

By the second run it was really crowded and a few runs I was at a near standstill in the mob of people on midway..I skied the same run until about 1030..I didn’t venture into Burma but heard it was ok.  They also have the paid lot set up at the lower lodge with a digital display that says how many spaces are available.

All in all a fun morning and now I have 8 voicemails at work.  Ski most of you tomorrow.

Where in the lower lot is the paid parking area?

The chick on the left is smiling because she’s thinking about the day she’s gonna lose her virginity in the back seat of that car.

    Wow

  6. I thought lazy, switchback, and challenge were very good this morning. GSS was right about challenge looking bad but being good, weird. Razors was ok as was widow to midway. There were some very sticky spots from a couple of the fan guns. One was on main across from midway. We watched from the lift as people almost faceplanted when they hit it.

Interesting forecast coming up for Mon-Wednesday . Who's getting the Jackpot? I'm not skiing this weekend ,down with a respiratory virus but I'm thinking Plattekill Friday ?

Get well soon respiratory stuff sucks. The radar I saw this morning showed the Plattikill area getting a foot plus.

  8. Hit the hill with Hayata this morning. Started on a smooth and nicely edgeable Free Fall, paradise from there down was a little rough, Challange up next, really nice, smooth and grippy ROTD. Scoped Razers from the lift, looked rock solid. Nobody was skiing it so we passed on it. Ran NM/DW which was mostly good, a little rough just above the big curve. Lazy was very nice left and right side. Switchback was great except the sticky spot at the very end leading to a slick boiler plate area on main. The bumps on Main were good with some fresh blown on them, but still some to the turf holes in the middle. Headed back for more challenge which was even better. Tried razors which had softened up beautifully. Great day.
