I think it’s good for little kids but not hardcore rollercoaster enthusiasts.

They're known for their wooden coasters. They have 3 of the top 50 according to this list (#2, #35, and #44)

The beauty of Knoebels is that I can park my car for free. Walk into the park... also for free, eat decent food and not overpriced crap. And it's in the woods.

My son, when he was little, used to love the sand diggers they have there.

We used to go up for the Fall fun festival every year.

My brother used to go up there in the summer when they rented (oh yeah!) bathing suits.  <shivers>

The fact that it's in the woods is my favorite part. It's nice to walk around under some nice trees rather than the sea of asphalt and concrete that is Six Flags.

I don’t own a bathing suit so I’d have to rent one.

Reminds me of the song "yakety yak...Don't talk back"

That song was in the movie the Great Outdoors with Dan Akroyd and John Candy..it was a John Hughes movie and coincidently a former boss of mine was John Hughes bro in law and the movie the great outdoors was based on the two families spending a week in the woods lol.
