You're eating dinner at a local turnpike rest stop?

Me and salty have stopped at Hardee’s before at the Lehigh valley interchange.  If I want to go without hopping on the turnpike there’s always the service/employee entrance off Cetronia/schantz road.  Good place to stop for gas if you wanna pay the maximum.

We were actually on the road and stopped. But it's so close to home it feels weird going there. Not gonna lie though there's a Starbucks and Quiznos that I enjoy. That plus I thought the picture was cool. Pretty baller archetecture for a rest stop

Why don't you road trip to slope side and have a beer with me sometime soon?

I have? I frequently stop at the Lehigh Valley rest stop, and there's no Hardee's there. There's a Sunoco, Starbucks, Roy Rogers, Cinnabon, Roadside BBQ, and some Italian restaurant.

And the windows are dirty.

Fun fact about the Allentown rest stop... It's the busiest rest stop in PA in terms of traffic / sales volume, its also only one of 3 rest stops in the state with access from both the north and south lanes. Hickory Run is another.

BTW I guess you know ski season is over when when turnpike rest stop facts and photos are a topic on PASR. Haha

Another fun fact:

The Allentown rest stop sees vehicle traffic on average of 170 vehicles per hour.
