Official opening day is now 12-5. Also the computer background with new trails strategically left open for the world to see? Hmmm.

I hope they rethink those intersections.

I think @mute1080 pointed that out last year.  They sure dont have a problem with people seeing something that will never happen.

Blue would have a trail count that Killington would be jealous of.

Its Blue Mountain.  you absolutely need a way to get from that side of the mountain to the summit lodge without taking a lift.  There will be more intersections than shown there.

Seems way more obvious this year. Trying to drop easter eggs when we just want them to say something about it.

From how it looks, a lift lookers left doesn't leave many options to get back to the base area and they'll need that crossing route unfortunately.

@JFskiDan yes @mute1080 did. it's prob just someone thinking people forgot he did and wanted to play pretend like they were the first person to see it.

Anyway.

No way there's an opening short of Vista only on wknd of 5-7

Also

I'm just saying that because I'm not gonna be around.

Bye

Me and @AtomicSkier saw it in Barbs office circa 2009 and what we saw was not the sign, that was Ace of Base but we saw the map. Be patient all y’all another 10-30 years we will be skiing those runs

I take back what I said with the shift in lows.  I think the 5th is now a good bet for Blue.

i feel like they had a very similar forecast for opening last year, that i doubted would get the job done, but they did open.

I was in the Netherlands for a thing with a guy in a place for the last month so my judgment is bogus but I think they go Friday with Vista and something else.

I didn't recall what I did with my pass at the end of last year and when I called they were adamant that they are opening Friday.

Looks like temps went in our favor.  they should really start getting some decent production starting tonight.  look at friday and beyond.  if that confirms, well that may even put Ben in a good mood.

That's pretty good I think considering it's pre Christmas and all that.

Conditions will always be pretty shit first day but that's all part of the fun I'd say.

Real question do the lifts run reliably ?
