eaf
Yo, Sally, the choice is clear. In fact, there seem to be no choice here.
eaf
It's a total wet mash near the base now. Going back into where it still holds. I figure, another hour or two, and then I've already spotted a nice BBQ area.

But I'm stuck in the lift 8 area, can't figure out the escape path. The Face is closed, bummer. Probably too late but traverse to the right as far as you can go and then go down. GrilledSteezeSandwich
Pretty good coverage for closing day. Did you ski any moguls off of lift one?

They look terrifying, so no. Locals say that the coverage is average, and whatever slow start they've had, it got compensated by the recent dumps

They're like Razors, I think. BTW, about slow lifts, the rumor is that Lift 1 is going to be replaced with a detachable HSQ next season. eaf
It's soft across the mountain now, but still highly enjoyable. The weather adds a lot to this, sunny with picturesque clouds.
eaf
Mmmm, some generous degustation of local craft beer... Tommyknocker, please welcome with a round of applause... Now, I'm also supposed to be somewhere around 6 today... Screw it, perhaps?

But the snow turned into sticky mess already. Going down reminds me of that Forester with spontaneous and irregular downhill braking. You’re gonna like ABasin next weekend. More steps than Loveland although I don’t know if the Pali lift and Montezuma lift will still be open. Only one lift at ABasin doesn’t have a safety bar. I assume it’s a business expense? I’ve rented from Alamo at the Denver airport 5 times before...always a pleasure dealing with them and I don’t say that about many businesses. I think there’s so much competition among rental car company’s that they all have to be on their A game. If you’re at the Farmington airport in New Mexico you might get a Harrison Ford Escort when you booked a Chevy Traverse..

I drove the top of the line Impreza anniversary edition wagon a few weeks ago for a few hours when my car was being serviced and it was badass. I finally had a little clout in the wegmans parking lot amoung the MILFs who are now mostly younger than me.
