Not sure what we were thinking with the pizza.  I'm a good eater and i managed to only put down 3 slices of mine.

Not sure if Antman has some type of mental telepathy healing powers but my knee felt pretty damn good yesterday, and after skiing for a good portion of the day, i could almost walk like a normal human being.  Way better range of motion to where i can actually sit on the lift without making funny faces in pain.  First day i was a little worried this wasnt going to pan out.  I still probably need to stick to mostly groomed stuff, but i might be able to dabble a little off trail today to see how things shake out.  I am thankful for at least two things, Naproxen and a hot tub.

We are heading to possibly my favorite place, Brighton.  I love that place.  Super cool chill vibe to the place.  Weather looks like another bluebird day.  Great trip so far, minus the knee thing, good friend, good times.  .

Do you wear a brace or anything while skiing? I’ve got some pretty bad knee issues as well but haven’t tried wearing a brace or anything for it yet while skiing.

I went into the season with a slightly sore left knee and now my right knee is often sore. I walk fine and it doesn't give me any issues riding. I do however wear a basic compression sleeve on my left knee and thinking about getting one for my right,.After the season I will definitely be seeing a specialist regardless of how they feel and hopefully"rehab" them during the off season.

Every so often (usually around rain) my ankle gets a little sore/stiff and I used something similar for some relief.

I’ll have to give it a shot this year, I wore one while playing golf and it helped a ton, but couldn’t wear one playing hockey, too uncomfortable.

Yeah my issue isn’t soreness, my miniscus isn’t doing to well and I’m just waiting for it to go. Should be any day now 😂
