And because it’s true. Some customers pay 399 and some 429? That’s fucked on their end.

So what happens if you bought a pass at $429 a month ago or whenever they went on sale and then get this email?

customer service department is going to have fun with that one

Maybe it will be like at Best Buy and you’ll get a $30 gift card.  Toast is gonna have a hissy fit like when he got grease all over his ladies ski jacket.

not gonna lie, i'd be pissed about that too.

i think if one were to reach out to blue, blue would prob oblige and do a $30 cert. they've already got the $$ at that point so it's still sort of in their favor

I just looked up pricing. That's a stupid deal?

429 for a pass. Or buy a triple ticket and get a pass that costs more than 429?

my take on this is, they were sending this deal to people that bought a triple ticket for 19/20, but instead sent them to everyone by accident.

Does the confusion with all of this really come as any surprise to anyone?

I didn't buy a triple pack ticket so I have a feeling that when I show the email and try to purchase the pass at $399 they'll say that I don't qualify. Worth a shot though. After all they did send me the exclusive offer.

I too was skeptical that they'd give me the deal, which is why I called right away.

Girl with whom I spoke said "well, you got the e-mail, so you qualify", so I told her to go ahead and do it.

I got the receipt to show them if my pass doesn't work and plan to bring a copy to show them in the event my pass stops working, well, it hardly every works now, but that's besides the point.

Sounds good to me. How could something so wrong feel so right? Haha.
