Utah stoke thread...2021!!!

I mean I skied right onto the lifts for the most part Thursday and Friday. Longest wait was 1 Tram at snowbird and it's only because they are sending them up with 1/4 of the usual capacity. A regular lift was maybe 3-5 minute wait at the max.

That doesnt sound bad at all. I often see those horrific pictures online of hundreds of people in lift lines, and I will not be participating in that kind of nonsense.

Have the resorts been crowded on weekdays? I want to jump right on the lifts and ski empty runs all day long.

Have the groomers been spectacular?

If things dont improve by March I might reconsider going, since I guess I can cancel my flight and use the credits at a later date..

Harden the fuck up.

If Utah is like this midweek then I'd go to WF instead. But Schifdawg says Utah lines weren't too bad so I'm going with that

Where is that?

lines haven’t been bad at all. There were like 8 groups in front of me at Brighton but for the most part you ski right up.

snow coverage is very meh on the chutes and doubles blacks, but it’s better than Pennsylvania.

Just a random crowded ski pic. But I saw a similar picture of Alta someone posted earlier this season. I will never under any circumstances subject myself to that. But thanks, I want to ski right up to the lift mostly when I go on a rad ski trip. What you said sounds grate!

Well if it’s a perder day it will be busy...if it’s dry it won’t be.

In my experience it's typically only super busy the first hour of a Perder day. Then during the afternoon the crowds are like any other day.
