Was up there tonight for little over an hour...Fast soft snow cone stuff.....Only steep open was sasquatch...Which is getting some bumps on it...and while the snow was good there are a ton of brown/thins spots....Hopefully temps go in there favor and they can get some snow down....Fun night again and the place was empty...Went inside to use the bar restroom and the lodge still looks pretty good for being 20 some years old.......

The lodge looks fancy compared to the one at Doe mountain. Do you ever eat there or hangout at the bar?

Night and day difference from Doe. If you want to hang out with some friends Trails End is not as fancy and more comfortable to me; bigger bar at Grill though.

And is there also a cafeteria?  I should just go sometime.  I live 20 minutes away just to see the MILFs.

The Mountain Eatery (in the lodge) is the cafeteria. You can buy beer/alcohol outside of if it at Bear Bites when it is open. The Grill is just off of the lodge and the main entrance to it is the in the lodge. Trails End is up through the hotel at the far end of the resort. Nice big deck off of the lodge to sit on when the weather is nice. Also a food trailer selling alcohol outside by the deck.

Was up there for a bit tonight...They have a ton of guns going.....Walked out covered in snow....Surprised they weren't blowing on the trail under the F lift....Varied conditions from sticky fresh stuff/kinda sorta fluff stuff/ firm snow/ice....and some small dirt spots....They should be able to get some good production the next couple of days...Had a super fun time there tonight....

Been blowing straight thru and will blow until temps stop it. Looks like at least a foot has been blown with big whales everywhere. Creek can put down a foot of snow over whole mountain with 72 hours of blowing. I didn't ski today due to having to work but wife reported good snow everywhere. Yesterday was apparently better snow (and smaller crowd) with Sasquatch the ROTD both days. Setting mountain up for the upcoming, need we say it, warmer weather. I plan to ski Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday mornings and should be prime conditions.

The Bear is Back!
Last minute night session, Nice Vanilla Sorbet a little slow at first but sped up as the night went on.

A stellar effort to come back from the nasty warm stretch. A few Whales were left alone to play on. Grizzly was probably 8’ high and upper section bumped up nicely. I waited too long to get over to Samsquanch so for my last run had to tuck and skate up.

The Patrollers were just starting to close up but they let me past so my efforts didn’t go to waste. I haven’t skied Bear Creek that often but I don’t think I have ever seen bumlps build up on the steep section like I have tonight. Air after every turn it was awesome.

Big hand on the effort to rebuild!

Super fun time up there tonight..Firm with a top layer of Slurpee type stuff...Bumps on Sassy L side and bumps on Grizzly..Not the best but serviceable......It looks like they have decent coverage but it could just be a trick of the light...Decent amount of cars in the lot ..but the F chair side was pretty quiet...Only lift line was when they held the line for patrol sled...

The liftees on the F chair like to blast music so I think it keeps some folks away LOL.

Ran back up around 4:30  and was disappointed that Samsquanch bumps got a haircut . I wish I would have gone over sooner last night, my Son was having fun in the park so we hung over there .

Another fun night there...Skied from 5:30ish to a little after 7....Great conditions again...No real crowds to speak off when I got there but just before seven the lift line got to be painful...Was gonna do a NASTAR run but didn't want to go through the pain of the lift line....Really having a good time going back there....
