GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 11 Report Posted February 11 Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived in the lower lot around 835am and it was in the mid 30s under overcast skies. In the house were Johnny Law, Mute, Schifdawg, Oz, Bethlehem ford crew, Mrs Snowbunski, Marty, Nastar Glenn and even @RootDKJ who ignored us. First run I skied Paradise and it was like a western groomer, no frozen cord, almost styrofoamy, a little slow. Next run skied Coming soon which was super nice. Skied paradise again before it got crowded with boomers and then Challenge was pretty good as well, not as good grooming. Over the the super summit safari and I skied Main Street which was pretty nice a little light crud on the surface. Widowmaker was good, midway they must have blown on because it had cookies. I also skied lazy which was alright but busy. I finished the session with returns to Challenge which had become a wind tunnel and Paradise. I left right around 1030am and the lot was pretty full and plenty of NJ and NY plates. Now back to work like a dork. Today might be the last of winter conditions so I’m glad I got out there. Looks like nice weather for the weekend. JADIP 9

My ass is still only swinging like 80% but the snow continues to be generally fucking spectacular. There are spots here and there where you can feel the glacier underneath or where they blew but at least for this morning it didn't matter. I feel spoiled rotten over the last month or so and with the weather change we may go back to more normal conditions. If so this was the way to see it out the door. 10 2
Schif Posted February 11 Report Posted February 11 Today was phenomenal. The calendar aligned where it made sense to head up to Blue this morning and it did not disappoint. Nice to get some laps with you guys this morning and some absolutely killer snow all around. I got a few extra runs after you guys took off and lapped the new 6 for a bit. Back to work now and it's a lot easier to sit behind a desk after a morning like that. 6

Lazy, Razors, Challenge, the rest on Razors until the quad got backed up, then on to Switch and Main. Starting to build whales on Nightmare. Warm, wind blowing down the hill. Hoodie Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 Lucky to have some night skiing with mute, dirtwolf, boo bear and mini boo bear. The 10th time skiing for me and my first time doing razor’s edge and razorback. Really enjoyed my run including razorback, I started it with the race start bump. Def am getting spoiled in my first season with the conditions on the mountain. Shoutout to the boarder who lit up on one of my last lifts of the night. Drove out of the lower lot at 8:59. mute1080 Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 Double dipped and had a good time last night even though it looked like the most school buses I've seen at night so far this season. @mbike-skiwas somewhere on the hill but never caught up with him. I think @Hoodiehas officially done every run at the Blue and it's only his first season skiing 👏👏 6
