Ski2Live Live2Ski Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 Works well in conjunction with their announced Spring plans cause it covers a couple weeks when you would have had to pay them if you want to ski south of VT.
RidgeRacer Posted February 13 Report Posted February 13 0.99 is my prediction. And none of us will buy it. 1
Benm Posted February 13 Report Posted February 13 If the dual mountain was 50 more I'd bite. Could prob resell the perks to frontplaters and recoup most of it 1

Might be back to the peak to peak for next year. Have to see pricing.
Ski2Live Live2Ski Posted February 18 Report Posted February 18 (edited) Wow Camelback coming in at $399 for season pass including 3 free tix and 7x50% off tickets. That may be what I get to supplement my Indy+ Pass this year, as I would get some days out of it this Spring when nothing else in PA is likely to be open and could use the free and discount tix for my kids. Considerably better deal than Montage is at the same price due to those free and 50% tix, it’s a plus that it’s a place that is not on my Indy pass, and that it’s closer and with faster lifts (though no terrain as good as the NorthFace) Waiting to see Epic Northeast Value pass deal for this year - that is also a contender Also will be interesting to see Blue’s offer Edited February 18 by Ski2Live Live2Ski

Seriously, though. 1 2
Ski2Live Live2Ski Posted February 18 Report Posted February 18 The Peak2Peak pass is $500 more than the $399 Camelback pass - makes it clear that Blue’s pass will be considerably more expensive as they have to make P2P cheaper than buying 2 separate passes at each mountain 1

Takes me 100 min to get to either - the only closer places are Bear Creek (80 min) or Shawnee (90 min) Blue has more vert while Cbk has more distinct runs and I find it easier to avoid lines there. If the deals were exactly the same I would likely opt for Blue. But it will likely be $200 more, have less buddy passes for my kids, and not offer hope of extending my PA Skison to early May. saltyant Posted February 18 Report Posted February 18 (edited) @GrilledSteezeSandwich are you gonna buy a Camelback season pass for only $399 with me and Ski2Live? Maybe we can all ski together and take turns high fiving the camel mascot Edited February 18 by saltyant 1

trackbiker Posted February 19 Report Posted February 19 I was at Camelback Wednesday, February 4th and when I was in taking of my boots someone stole my poles. They were old, a little scratched, and a little bent but I wonder if he was there that day. I wasn't expecting thieves on a weekday. My skis aren't Atomics so they left the skis. 1

Now I think they were just doing me a favor and tossed them 2 4
theprogram4 Posted February 19 Report Posted February 19 When I was in high school, theft at bear creek was so bad that they just played a continuous loop in the lodge of thieves stealing gear on the tv’s 1 1

But, i mean, if you own a ski camp, you gotta get skis from somewhere, and buying shit these days is soooo overrated. 1

Given the improvements at The Hump, we are considering a 149-triple ticket - 3 Times will be enough. 1
Ski2Live Live2Ski Posted February 20 Report Posted February 20 If it is 499 then nobody would buy Peak2Peak - they have to give a better deal than just buying two separate passes

Benm Posted February 20 Report Posted February 20 (edited) unless they're trying to mess with people or waiting until the last minute, looks like itll be 699. i don't see anything about a $50 gc this year so no guarantees there. also, what in the fuck is the deal with the grateful dead and it permeating into everything skiing. is this new or has it been a thing? no i do not want a $44 dancing bear long sleeve with a (imo) weird color scheme to go with my purchase. i will definitely pass on a THIRTY TWO dollar beanie with what looks like a patch slapped on the cuff. The greatful dead vibe has been synonymous with skiing forever. Blue is just starting to cash in on it now. 1
