Nice report, sorry I missed you . Cliffhanger was the reason I went there today. I was disappointed that it was closed but happy they opened it. I shared a chair with Jl , Atj and mute . The first few were sketchy but it softened up nicely.

my Patroller friend said at one time the snow on Cliffhanger was as high as the heads on the guns. The sides have quite a shear droop off.

I was not thinking at 6am and had way too many layers for 70 degrees. I drank like 2 gallons of fluid on the way home and I'm going to pee dust.....and what a fucking glorious day.

Cliffhanger started to get actually good on the left side bumps and there's nothing like attacking spring rowdy shit like Vikings getting booty in an English monastery.

Back when he was still Kanye.... my life is dope because I do dope shit and today was dope.

Day 50 for me. Besides my pass not working(they scanned my Blue pass and said use it) and that they didn’t have any food or drink open until 11, it was a blast. I just went under or around because I didn’t want to make the hike to fix the pass.

Nile and Pharaoh were smooth early and CH bumps were nice. It was fun riding with the Blue crew at another mountain

Today was fun AF, spring skiing at its largest. First “invite only” run on cliffy was mostly very firm with some patches of soft snow. The invite only run was basically us just following some patrollers, and probably some of their friends. After 2 runs on the other 2 distinctly unique top to bottom runs, cliffy was in superb spring condition. Last run down it to the bar that wasnt open yet, was glorious.
give credit where it is due, camelback came through with the goods. Its probably gonna be pretty interesting when thats the only trail open.
what ever run u get off the lift and go right, might not make it tomorrow.

Camelback wasn’t on my radar this morning but after seeing these reports and others on Facebook I have a bit of FOMO but seeing the base and forecast looks like they have a couple more days to be open.  Trust me GSS from 1991-2024 was slapping me upside the head for not skiing today so I know I still love skiing wahahah.

and JLaw I know the feeling of being dehydrated from skiing I’ve peed yellow after drinking a liter and a half of water it’s insane

The base is probably 15’ deep in some places.  They’ve got plenty of skiing left.
