The township BM is in is considering an amusement tax. I know Whitewater Challengers pays a 10% amusement tax on their Lehigh River rafting operations. Pocono Raceway pays a tax too.

Township would make bank if they got 10% from Blue.  What a world we live in that all of a sudden the township wants some extra coin from someone, and can just impose some sort of tax.  Whats the reasoning for the considered tax?
