The brilliant minds of Lackawanna County decided that raising the family season pass by $100 will make lots more people want to come and and spend money. Â Junior season passes went from $340 to $390. Â For any business major students out there, it's a terrific lesson: when in financial trouble, raise prices and provide less service.
