    haha you guys have no clue what big boulder park is going to be like....i guess u should just shut your little bitch mouths and wait to see what they r going to do. you relize the only terrian they will have open is park, and all the other snow from the other trails will b pushed to the other trails soo just wait and see what they do.

    thanks guys i dont think he relizes like the lighting goes into effect . but i hav been messing around with 24p and a bunch of features every day i film so the clips vary from shot to shot untill i find the rite format i want to shoot in for the day......thanks for the possivite feed back.. the vid should b going on to transworld soon.... i just need to add names and then it will be sent

    Hey sure lets start this thread up again if your going to buy a HD camcorder i would only but a panasonic or a sony. But im waiting it out a year or 2 for when panasonic comes out with there new HD i still dont think the technology is there yet....you cant even write a HD dvd unless u want so spend out of your ass on a new bluray disc writer...im planing to wait it out a year or 2 beacuse im happy with my dvx100b......ive worked with the sony hd cam i like it a lot its very clear and looks great on the computer but im convinced if u giv it a year theres gonnna b a bigger and badder chip for a HD camcorder.

    My input is don't go to lehigh to hit the handrails. We were there last night with about 6 people and we got about 2 hits on the rail and the cops showed up, we all ran and they caught us. The took our ID and they said we were going to get tresspassing warnings in the mail, and if we ever to get caught there again we would get arested... so even kno they hav amazing handrails just dont go there.

    The riding was pretty sick.

     

    But from a fellow videographer's standpoint, the filming was pretty bad in some spots. Shakey and bad angles....from the colors in that edit you obviously didnt use a dvx (or at least I hope you didnt). I highly suggest getting a tripod to make your shots look much better.

     

    Also .wmv is a shitty shitty format, the codec makes the quality look like shit and you compressed it so much that you got mad dropped frames...making the filming look even more shakey and the motion look delayed. Look into the h.264 codec through quicktime (.mov or .mp4 for iPods) - its the latest from qt and its pretty sick, I've been using it for a while now.

     

    Don't take anything the wrong way, I'm just trying to help you out....constructive criticism. If you're sending your video into big companies, you want your shit to be top notch.

     

    Yeah i didnt hav the dvx yet and most of the shakey spots werent filmed by me... i never use windows media player but for my friend the rider in the film he needed it in that bc quicktime wont work on his comp. im gonna put it in quicktime shortly.. and post it... thanks for the support and help
