  1. timberline used to be skinnier and more of a winedy skier cross style trail with berms and rollers and a few years ago they widened it and made it flat. it used to be way more fun... still one of my favorite trails aside from the park.

  2. the boneyard makes me sad. so many features rusting away. that tall green tank with the black mini stripe things all over it was only used a few times and the times it was used it was burried up so only a foot or so was sticking out of the snow. who cares about wood aluminum and colors bring those back!!

  3. as long as they open before january, dont have to close in the middle of the season, and make somewhat of a good park i will be happy.

I think it's more like two or three. The amount of guns on that mountain is downright astounding. It's crazy.

yup 90 hours of marginal to good snowmaking is all they need im pretty sure. we definitely have one of the sweetest snowmaking systems around. id like to see them move a couple of the mobile guns once the mountain is open and just pound the jumpline with snow so we can have something reasonably larger before like mid february.

Temps in the thirties, twenties, and teens this coming up week! Could there be jumps on opening day?

maybe a smaller one. they will probably try and get a good base going before pushing snow for bigger jumps.

  4. I have a pair of brand new never ridden or mounted Nordica bad mind park/all mountain skis in size 163cm. i am asking $250 for the skis. all the specs from nordica can be found here http://www.nordica.com/products/badmind-ski/ . if you need bindings i would include a pair of never mounted or used tyrolia freestyle 15 bindings for an additional $100( they are primarily white with black accents). i would be happy to post up more pics for anyone who is interested. thanks! molly

  5. there's no way they're having mayday. if they do its gunna be two rails and 1000 kids. boulder park looked like it did at mayday two or three years ago... when they had the lift open. anyway we got tickets went up the lift twice and decided it sucked. ended up setting up a couple rails and features over where the plaza 2 usually is. super fun sesh and much less reckless than boulder park trail.

  6. closing day was definitely a blast. i feel bad for the people that were biting it before they even made it to the pond. i doubt they'll do a hike park. with this weather the minute a cat touches the snow and they try to push it around its going to be a muddy mess. itd be nice though.

  7. gotta have snow for those snowmobile races. park was an absolute mess yesterday. everything was rediclously deep and slushy hopefully since the snow is actually going to freeze the next few nights and theyll blow it will get some structure to it and not be ankle deep by 10am

  8. the flat wood rail is so fun to gap over and tail tap the end of. it would be dope if the c box was put before the stairs so you use that to curve into them then tail or nose drag down after it. or gap them. i want the dfd to be setup as a down up down or an up flat up, anything different.s rail is so prime right now . its prolly more gratifying cleaning that thing than stomping a two onto an urban rail.
