  1. It's gunna be a mini slopestyle. 40' box to 40' Double barrell to C rail to loader tire bonk !

Snowgrind are also going to set up the tranny box and coaster box for a photo shoot to showcase their product and those 2 will be in it too but as a separate line.

There will be a girls division. Hot dogs and burgers will be on sale. $10.00 entrance incl. access pass.

  2. any further info on the Fevaaaaaa or the park setup in general??

The fever is on for Tuesday, rain or shine.

We are gunna put in the 40' double barrell. Jumps will stay as they are, as far as I know.

Every one should enter Sunday School this Sunday..It's so much fun.

  3. "and what exactly does that article have to do with park crew? stuff got stolen from blue before park crew existed."

This incident was when stuff was actually stolen FROM Park Crue. We were the victims.

I'm happy to add, that the property was subsequently returned.

  4. If the Park Crew is involved, I'm sure there is someting crooked about it.

I see the Park Crew made the front page of the local section in the Morning Call.http://www.mcall.com/news/local/all-b1-1skitheft-r.6278172feb19,0,3858589.story

WRONG AGAIN, Mr. Trimfamine. The alleged thief was no longer an employee of Park Crue, when he was arrested. He had already been previously fired.

  5. No you can still go up and compete, but there is no way you would be able to really win anything since the prizes awarded are for the series winners. There aren't prizes after every comp in the series, just the finals.

    Hey Bro,

Only 19 riders in the finals tonite. No entrance fee. $400. 00 for best skier & snowboarder each. $100.00 each for best women if they do not win the whole shooting match ! Spectators welcome.

To the guy disappointed about the judging :

We have 2 USASA certified judges, 1 nationally ranked rider and 2 other very competant individuals. We write down every trick and all competitors are welcome to discuss their run after the comp. is over. We wish everyone all the best for tonite. Time to throw down for the big bucks...........

  6. super stoked for the finals on tuesday. i've had a lot of fun at the fever this year...hopefully the snow holds w/ this rain and the landings shape up a bit.

Glad you enjoyed it so far. It's gunna be :

    1 Hand Rail/ Flat down

    2 DFD's

3 The whole Jump Line before the Wall.

    Good luck to evey one.

  7. We are gunna try and put the 40' double barrell in between the steps and the last jump. There's nuff room there to slow down. And then a small down box after the stairs. And I do agree. Wax is the shizzz ! Try Purl wax. its the best, and its environmentally safe [no fluorocarbons], and it lasts for ever.

  8. This past weekend the park was in HORRIBLE condition.

Last Thursday they cut the jumps in half, rebuilt the lips with only one takeoff (same size as the left side line before). They also knocked down the hip and replaced it with a roller. The rails shrinked a decent amount, with the first two being basically ride-on. They flipped around that rolly box dealy, and replaced the flat box-drop-flat box with a single flat box. Jumps had potential to be money...but the landings were just real real bombed out and super worked from the crap weather. Hopefully with the cold front they can blow like crazy and fix the park.

I actually prefer the new in-run than the way it was before. I would always have speed issues for the left, but now with that nice roller to pump on, I can get my speed dialed perfect. Coming from the hip most of my speed is killed making that sharp turn into the jump. Also the bigger size of the first two hits seemed to deter people from them, and since they were longer, the pit of death formed on the flat section as opposed to the landing.

I'm feeling the box line up top as well. Since you guys took out that stupid death drop box setup, you can hit all boxes in a line or all rails in a line. You either have the long flat box-flat box-flat down, or the flat rail-long bar-single barrel. The only changes I'd like to see would be setting up the double barrel, and adding some rails to that long stretch of nothing after the last jump. Also if you could reshape the jumps to be more of a step up that will "scare" the general public from hitting them making it better for the people who actually use them properly.

That was a very well thought out, and logical assessment. That's what we are thinking too !

  9. the fever still on for tuesday night with a rebuild then?

p.s. put the mound/hip back in, it made a good drop in for the jump line

All depends if the wind doesn't blow all the snow we make tonite away.

We will try and finish the rebuild so that we can open the park fresh for the contest.

Will post here on our progress.

    P.S. this weather sucks.

  10. It's snowing, blowing and conditions are pretty miserable for a Rail Jam.

Alas, we have decided to cancel. We will be blowing snow on Sidewinder tonite and tomorrow.

And we are gunna redo the whole park. So next weeks Jam will be the business. ...weather permitting.!!

Kevin Corrigan was throwing down huge 5s with an iron cross grab and Rodea Steve laid down a great trick !!
