Hey guys... FYI - please do not consider us "ignoring" the Jack Frost Park Program, we are simply offering more freestyle terrain at Big Boulder. Many of the new jibs we are currently building will in fact call JF home this winter and it is our goal to provide two well designed, meticulously maintained parks at JF in addition to our program at Big Boulder Park. In essence, we will offer the best of both worlds! Ride JF freshly groomed in the morning, then hit BB at 3pm and get the supreme night park! The "Easystyle Intro Park" top-to-bottom park will feature many new custom parklogic jibs designed to give skiers and riders the skill and confidence before moving up to our more advanced parks at either JF or BB. "One" Park at Jack Frost will also be a top-to-bottom park and will be rated as 'medium to large" features. Expect to see many new ParkLogic jibs, an innovative design all supported by 25 new SMI fanguns. By no means will either of these parks be ignored or neglected and expect to see the same high standard of design, grooming and maintenance that you will see at BB! More updates soon! I hope this clears up some of the misconceptions. Did I mention we've been getting snow squalls all day!

Another productive week here at BigBoulder Park! We've added some new features and we are nearly complete with the 'plastic' process on the jibs completed to date. In addition, we are very close to announcing our Official BigBoulder Park Events Calendar. This week we added two new innovative events to the line-up! The Official dates will be announced early next week; a sneak peak for now! The East Coast Team Challenge A unique shop employee slopestyle event where shop teams from up and down the east coast will vie for East Coast Team Championship bragging rights, tons of product and a chance to win a trip to Lake Tahoe. In addition, RedBull will be hosting an exclusive RedBull Illume photo workshop where pro and amatuer snowboard photographers will capture all the slopestyle action which will be displayed at an after party slideshow contest! Big Boulder Park PRO/AM Big Boulder's premier event, the Big Boulder Park PRO/AM will feature a huge cash purse, tons of product and two days of action packed slopestyle action. This unique, open PRO/AM format will offer skiers and riders the opportunity to showcase their skills on Big Boulder's largest terrain park. Saturday - Freeskiers, Sunday - Snowboard. Its been another busy week at Jack Frost / Big Boulder... The crew is hard at work prepping the mountain and everyone is stoked with the recent arrival of cold weather! It won't be long now! No worries...At the time the footage was shot we had only been building for four days... We've already moved on to some more variations and the parks here at JFBB will have basically every jib imaginable.....well, minus the 'circus' jibs.. Thanks again for the support! It wont be long now.....
