Hi, Well, I am a long time pain sufferer regarding my feet and skiing. I have high arches and wide feet and my whole life, regardless of the boot, it has been like skiing on knives. I can usually enjoy the 2nd half of day one because my feet go numb. I cant deal with the pain anymore and want to get custom boots or a custom fit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go? I have done the "custom" fitting at places like princeton ski shops, et al, and i dont trust the disinterested teenagers that work at places like that part time. I need someone of expertise who can make me the most form fitting, custom boot possible.
I live in North Jersey. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Turning 40 this year and just cant take the pain for the fun anymore. I see little kids and old ladys in no pain, yet I always suffer. Help!
