Hello! I have been racing this year but also just messing around skiing with friends, too. Ive been using some old Volkls but they are kids and old so I want some new ones. I want a versatile ski that I can maybe race in but also ski around mountains with because I go out east a lot to just ski around and have fun! Any tips? Im a 16 year old girl if that helps at all and I am a pretty good skier but not a great racer...

i am looking for some junior GS or slalom carvers for the very inexperienced racer. ive been told that its not best to get a full on slalom ski so a 'relaxed' one would be best until i get more experience. can u give some specific recs?

i race in up north michigan for my high school team. i am not saying i need racing boots, just like boots in general - if that makes any sense =P since im new im looking to use one ski for both slalom and GS. is that possible?

im really new to racing so i need a pair of skis, boots, bindings, etc! i was looking at some magazines and i swear it is in a code language. there are fat skis, carving, etc. what am i looking for and where do i start? im 5'5 115llbs 16y.old if that helps! reccomendations would be great!
