    Hands down, best day of the year though (even better than 1/31). Sun, smooth snow, bumps were primo. 11/10 on the JADIP scale. Skied from noon-4, it's rare I stay out that long, so you know it was good.

    I was skiing with you! I read your post, and I was like, thats super weird that someone is commenting on the same crash I saw. It was a fun day.

    Now here's to hoping Bear builds some jumps.

    The AMGA does something called the Single Pitch Instructor which is basically the entry level cert needed for outdoors rock climbing. Beyond that you can become a certified Rock Guide or Climbing Instructor. For ice, they do an ice instructor course, which goes towards an Alpine Guide certification.

    That experience at Ouray seems crazy! You would think they would be more professional. Where did the guides come from?

  15. 4frnt CRJs w/ Salomon Guardians - Pow Touring setup

    I've got some 188 4frnt CRJs mounted with Salomon Guardians (size S). They have only been mounted once. Both have been used but are in good shape. The skis have top sheet chipping, and a minor coreshot that is pictured below. They have some scratches and dings that are normal for used skis. The Guardians are scratched but work perfectly.

    The setup is really surfy!

    $400 plus shipping or free pick up in Allentown. Pick up would be better.

    Who was the dude who busted his face on the franken s rail ? That piece of shit had a billion supports at a trillion angle's, my ass still hurts, dude got mad stitches.......Does ryan still ride at Bear ? Dude was crazy but good crazy...

    My favorite gaper moment was seeing this guy with both of his children attached to a leash. The guy had no idea how to ski, and all three ran into one of the pine trees next to Kodiak.

    I skied there 5 or 6 years ago, but I thought it was awesome. The hike to terrain is really fun. If you go to taos you should try to get a day in at wolf creek which is not too far away. That place is amazing.

    Thanks for your help. I went to a bunch of different shops and they all said my boots were good (they are practically brand new after all). So I am thinking it is just that my px12s are worn out and I am going to have to bring my griffons into a shop to deal with the AFD issue.. I bought those fischer misfits with bindings for $180. and they seem like theyll work for me.

    Yeah I already have some jjs and megawatts. Sometimes Ill show up on a "park" day and there is pow everywhere so it would be nice to do what you said with the wider park skis. Thats why I was thinking about the misfits because I am broke and they are on craigslist for cheap. I guess Ill bring the boots to a shop. Thanks for your help
