There is 5 new ones as of right now. Maybe 1 more before the season starts but check out BCironworks.com in the next few days for pictures.
Yeah, i was kinda a little off... alot off. but this is gonna be sick. Hopefully not too circus-ish. Very very eager to get on snow
-
im not gonna lie, if there is only 3 new features im kinda gonna be disappointed. Every year they normal get like 10ish if i remember correctly
-
Yeah, its about that time. Excited for some new features
-
I just picked me self up a brand spanking new 2010 forum scallywag today. cannot wait to ride this
-
Need: giant Easter egg bonk

Moving the park to kodiak would be so much better, but we all know it won't happen. they should extend black bear park farther up. Cut that trail in half and make half of it park. Longer park=better park
-
My vote is for pond skimming day. Weeks notice to get the outfit ready

If you can't cool your jets, spray the whole class, grab your balls triumphantly and ride away, making sure not to catch an edge and gape up the whole scenario.
I never use LOL. but i really just LOL'd hahahahaha

was it right next to the chair lift at the very bottom?
Fa sho

A few years back bear had a huge qp at the bottom of black bear, this was before I did park back in the day but if I remember correct it was huuuge.
yeah it was dirty, but then again i was only like 11 haha. so i didnt hit it too much
-
A huge ginormous large and tall quarter pipe at the end of the jumps in tubing it would make me feel very awesome about bear creek<33333
-
When i was there two weeks ago they just got 20 inches of fresh pow. Riding that powder in the supernova glade was one of the best runs of my life. Try to hit up that trail if its open at all
-
Didn't they blow last night?
supposedly, it didn't really feel like it though
-
just got back from a short sesh. The snow did not seem like they made snow last night. it was too soft all the landings kinda sucked even though the ramps and lips were nice. Hopefully its better later on this weekend. Although snowboarding with the flu made it ten times worse
-
1/4 pipes are soooo much fun if they are built right. i remember a couple years ago at Mount Snow they had a huuuuge one at the bottom of their super pipe. so much fun.
We can only hope that they are gonna make one. They already have one thats pretty fun, but it gets beat up and its a little small. I think that nice quarter pipes are one of the most fun features that a mountain can have
-
maybe a huge quarter pipe at the end????

Okemo over Mount Snow ---- what?
Shit, I forgot about mount snow haha. I've never ridden there, but have only heard good things about their park
-
Undeed the jumps were sick today especially around noon. The last jump in tubing woulda been awesome if it had like a more packed down take-off, but it was still not half bad. The first jump in cascade was money
-
Cascade has a new 4 hit jumpline that is really alot of fun
dirrrrrttttyyyyy. Hopefully its got nice flow and then hit the wallride and then to the tubing jumps. Now that would be sick
-
just got back. Sweeeet snow. a little slow in the morning. wallride was awesome in the early morning and then got beat. 1st jump in cascade was sick for spins. 1st tubing jump was nice for 5's. too slow to spin the last hit in tubing. Didn't hit black bear too much. Didn't seem too good

I can't get a vote on big boulder vs. bear, but i have ridden bear's park 30+ days for the past 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Yeah they have to work with a shitty small mountain and warm temps, but they get their shit together enough to make it awesome. Big boulder I rode 2x last year and loved it, but only really for the jumps. This year I went to camelback and the big jumps were legit. but there was too much open space in that park. They had a few nice jibs. but too many repeated features (aka like 4 flat boxes on the same park). The one thing that really pissed me off was the fact that it took me two hours to get my god damn park pass. For the best things in PA that I have ridden. I would say Bear creek's Jibs and Boulder's jumps. But the best jumps I have hit on the east coast deff goes to Okemo. Hands down

They should take down the small "butter pad" to the double bar flat rail thing and just keep the rail
