also, does anyone besides me hate the way the handrail is set up? i felt like the lip wasnt really far enough away to be a true gap on, but it wasnt close enough to be set up urban style, it was an awkward in between that made it super hard to clean the rail. i've done handrails that were easier for me to clean than that thing.
For one i mentioned that to park crew and they said theyd take care of it.
What was gurp saying last night? I watched him and nipples clean it several times. Nipples had more trouble with the 5" flat bar in the beginner park.. Interesting, I wonder if the set up changed since saturday?The hand rail was fine... Untill snow melted and changed the lip.

It takes a lot of eletric to make snow, what if a resort installed windmills on top of their mountains, enough to power their lifts, lodges and part of their snowmaking pumps. In the summer time the resort could sell their power back to the power company when demand is high for air conditioning in homes and the resort is closed or using a lot less power.
Would u be willing to pay double or triple the money for a lift ticket to pay for new windmills? Just to be able to ride a week or 2 earlier.

me personally, i wanna hear the official reasoning. The only reason boulder wouldnt say anything is because they had no or a bad reason to do it. If they had a good reason why, they wouldve said it by now.

gurp, people aren't as angry because they dont think bb will have a good park rather that BB pulled the carpet out from underneath parklogic. many are angry because it seems like BB USED parklogic for jibs and park knowledge and then sold them out.
OHHHHHHHHHHH ok never mind my last post then.
But papa said he baught passes there only for park logic. thats what i read i think

I really dont understand why you guys are making such a big deal outa this. Yes i understand some shit went down, Park logic built rails and now is gone. Come on now. Do you really think 2 guys created boulder WHOLE park? It takes alot more than 2 guys to make a nice park. And park logic pretty much showed the bb park crew how to run a good park. If u were at big boulder tonight u would understand. Without park logic the merry widow park was set up extremely well. Like mountain creek pretty much. With or without parklogic, the bb park will be nice cause even if noone realizes it, Parklogic tought bb how to set up a nice park. Everyone need to have faith. The only thing that sucks is no more new rails till they find a new welder.
Dont get me wrong, im not saying getting rid of parklogic was a good idea, and i dont know the full details of the situation, but from a riders perspective i really dont think the decision big boulder made is gonna hurt them for this season. The park crew knows what there doing and they have the rails to do it with. so before everyone gets all sceptical on boulders ability to run a kick ass park lets what to see what unfolds.

Well form what i know there will be no park on merry widow or big boulder trails this weekend. But they are planning on putting 2 jumps on freedom for sunday. Not sure if its gonna happen but thats the plan

well look on the bright side. Now park logic doesnt have to worry about maintaining a park yet and theyll have more time to build us come kick ass jibs for the season.

2. BB has never been open in the past till after christmas. I dont know if PEAK plans on changing this, but that is how it always was in the past.

I just a rumor that big boulder is trying to open THIS WEEKEND with 2 trails 1 being a rail park. Im not 100% sure about that but it looks possible.
