Finally got out for the first time this season on Saturday. Yeah, i know, late. Seems like I've had plans every weekend since before Christmas. We were up at Sno Saturday afternoon. Overall a good day to open up the year. Spent the afternoon lapping Iron Horse and a few runs on the lower black trails. Definitely took my share of snowgun ice particles to the face as i was bombing the runs... but I guess that's better than no snow at all. I've been very impressed with the few times I've been to Sno.. great conditions (considering we're on the ice coast) and no lines at all, even on a holiday Saturday. Love the 4 hour anytime pass. Anyway, I was the one in light beige pants/jacket with green sleeves... blue Burton board with my VT (Virginia Tech) Decal loud and proud. We'll be back at Sno next weekend, say Hi if you see us....
