Captain Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 I have a pair of solomon equipe SC I picked up for running the SL course. However they refuse to bite on edge in the course where its very hard packed/icy. the base and side bevels are both 1degree. I'm used to my GS skis witch are 1 base and 3 side. I would have thought a SL ski should be like .5 base and 2-3 side. What do you guys suggest I try for my edges to get a bite? Its also possable im not edging hard enough.
