AndyEich Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 For at least a few years there has been a trail cut to skier's left of Powderhorn, but no lift has been run, nor have more trails been cut (and it looks like there's room for another trail or two). Judging by the name of the road built in that area, I would guess that they'll call this area "Beaver Creek" if it's ever completed. Does anyone know details of the plan for expansion? roundtop03 Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 Nope not any time soon. It would cost a fortune to get the water supply to that slope along with lighting and a new lift. It has been brought up year after year but until there is a cheaper way to do it, its not going to happen anytime soon from what I hear at the staff meetings.
