Santa Clauss Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 It was good, parking lot was packed, some decent pow on the sides blowing on spike, I think i counted about 15 guns for that one trail... it'll be open real soon they were also blowing on the rest of the mountain, i'll bet by next weekend they have long haul open. more snow tonight, 1-2. tomorrow 4-6 more inches... I went to my car to make adjustments a couple times, i must have seen at least 5 different groups of people wondering around looking for the lodge. maybe there should be more signeage? rastasquid Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 Yea, I got up yest. for a couple hours right at opening, but didn't get a chance to put up a TR. I hit smoke, boomer, and then cannonball, in that order, and there were a handful of tracks on each when I got there. Condtions were epic (for around here) in my opinion, but the roads were gnarly. I'll be up tomorrow around 10, for most of the day, hopefully they open some more trails tomorrow, with all the real snow AND the snow they have been blowing everywhere.
