skidude Posted January 13, 2006 Author Report Posted January 13, 2006 Except that European guy we got 2 runs with, holy crap, who was he? Not sure, but I am willing to bet if anyone went into that making a big GS turn, not expcting bumps would get trashed...even him...
pyro_boarder Posted January 13, 2006 Report Posted January 13, 2006 I noteced a lot of holes from people in boots walking up the top the Rocket the other day. It definitaly keeps beginers off.
pyro_boarder Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 (edited) I don't know if it was your suggestions or just common sense, but there is now a sign at the top of Rocket that says "BUMPS" It wasn't in very good shape. There were a lot of about 1'-2' cliffs on the downhill side of some bumps. But it was still fun. Edited January 14, 2006 by pyro_boarder
pyro_boarder Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 1-2 foot cliffs in PA.... a short bump section should be a double diamond... I wish they made Switchback a DD then it wouldn't be so crowded with turkey tucker's. well not realy cliffs more like anoying drop offs.
skidude Posted January 16, 2006 Author Report Posted January 16, 2006 More props to CB for the way it was today... Super nice... Hopefully they are not forgetting about the rest of the mountain (asp, hump, cliff, pharow, nm)
