Okay everyone, here is the official Bear Creek word on snowmaking.

 

We will begin blowing snow tonight. If all goes well and Mother Nature cooperates, we are going to shoot for opening on 12/12, a Tuesday.

There are a bunch of proposed openings

 

The 10th, at least I think, may still be a probable opening date

 

The 12th was anounced by a Bear Creek rep on these forums.

 

Bear Creek's website still has no word on an opening date, so basically its still up in the air.

 

Anything could happen at this point.

You have the word from the general manager at Bear Creek on here that they are going for Tuesday...So unless there is an unexpected warm up...
