Today was the first day in a while where I had to pinch myself when I woke up. I currently have this goofy assed grin because Blue mountain is opening today after an 8+ month wait. It's really cold outside and windy...I'm going to bundle up hardcore today...Holla

Yeah, he does... I spoke to him for a while last year and actually explained the history and the dynamic between the 2 boards to him. I feel bad, looking at what has happened to their board. I know they're busy doing their marketing stuff and it must be frustrating as hell to come and look at the board and see that stuff. Craig seems like a good dude, and there are definitely no more hard feelings between the management of this board and CB management.

Yah we did, they were never long, but backed up to the end of the controller's cabin or so... and it didn't start till a little before lunch time.

It's usually not too bad, you end up getting lines toward mid-day just because it's only the slow ass main street double chair running.

They mentioned a couple of times yesterday how warm the water in their reservoir was. I am assuming that would still be the reason for waiting till the air temp was slightly colder than would normally be acceptable.

They did update the snowmaking situation, barely... just in the news section. I don't think they could announce it a day in advance, I guess we'll see. I may actually make an appearance on Saturday if they open

We're really thrilled that you folks like the site so much. We really wanted this to be a family type atmosphere, and I think most of the time it is. Whether we're out skiing, or here taking potshots at the various "drunk uncles", I think most people understand what we're about.As far as the CB people here, I know there are a few (including Craig, who I've had email/phone conversations with) who lurk here. Their site usually gets really REALLY slow in the non-ski months, as most of the people who go to their MB are not thinking of skiing in the summer, like us crazy folks.
And, as for spam, I am regularly deleting accounts that are spammers, and I know the staff here is very much on top of keeping things clean for you guys. The new additions to our staff have been doing a great job!

My scrapers are high-quality and not plastic cheapo's and consequently I sell them at near cost, so Ican't do that, but I will give you 150g bar of wax instead of 40g.
I get a lot of orders, so you have to make sure you add a note, or follow up with a note to make sure I know it is you.
This offer stands for any other PASR member -- if you tell me, I will up the wax to 150g.
