  1. I would not wait too much longer. I do not know If they have a date to end it set in stone but my guess would be somewhere close to opening day if not sooner
  2. There is not an official deadline to purchase the passes. They would like us to get them as early as possible though. I will check again with the Group Sales Manager the beginning of November to see if he has a set date. I can not really see them keeping the group sales site open past opening day but you never know.
  3. Actually I just emailed The Group Sales Manager today to see when the last day for the group rates will be. I will let everybody know when I find out. Matt

  5. They went up but not by that much. They go up every year. But I think last years increases was a little less then this year around $20 or so for the Unlimited This year compared to last year 2008-2009 Individual Off Peak Pass - $190.00 ----- Last year $170 Youth/Sr Unlimited Pass - $305.00 ----- Last year $270 Individual Unlimited Pass - $350.00 ----- Last year $315
  6. I will send the BC Group sales manager a email today and ask about it. But my guess it is just their generic regulations they have on the season passes. I also looked through the site and saw no mention of the ticket packs.

  8. Hopefully everything will be set up by next week. I emailed the new person handling group accounts and he said he will start setting up the group accounts next week. It will basically be just like last year we will get a login and password for the Bear creek web site and that will give us the discounted rates and we just purchase them on line through them As soon as I get any more info including our Login info I will post it Matt
  9. Ok our account should be created in a week or two. I will post in a new message all the Info including login and password and prices as soon as I get the info from BC Matt
  10. I will email the lady at BC I dealt with last year and see if we can get the Group Rates Set up again for this year Matt
  11. Really! My idea of crowded could be a little biased also. I am used to Bear Creek and Blue. But I pretty much stuck to the Phoeba lift all morning and there was never a line and the trails where pretty empty until around 12 when they started getting a little more crowded but it was still pretty light for me.
  12. I was up there from 8 until around 12:30 No crowds or lift lines :-) it was Nice !!!!!!!!! I wish they had the rest of the diamonds open but the ones they had open and the double diamonds where fun. It was the first time I was there and I will be going back. I forgot to mention they had the snow guns running the whole time I was there.
  13. A good resource on the AT is www.whiteblaze.com some of those guys on there have been through it all. They might be able to give you a little more info as to what you might expect and why it might not be a great idea if you are Inexperienced at winter camping
  14. Way Worth it I was pretty much there most weekends last year If you get there a half an hour before open you get great parking ( first row) empty slopes and no lift lines until around 11ish I usually ride until the lift lines get to be more then a 5-10 min wait then I get out of there. Hopefully it stays the same this year. The only bad thing for you young guys is you need to get up early! BTW Unlimited for me and the wife
  15. When I checked with BC last week only one other person besides myself has signed up for a season pass. So if you want them now is a good time. It is a good deal and we have until October 31. Hopefully we get more people and we can get the same deal for next year
  16. I will second what Glenn said The pass is good for anybody on here and their friends. Just keep in mind the restrictions for the off peak pass if that is what you are getting because BC does not give refunds on season passes

  18. I was thinking the same thing I actually emailed her back telling her I am pretty confident we would be able to get the people and have her open the login. I know myself and my wife will be getting the Unlimited
  19. Here are the Prices Adult Unlimited - $315 Youth/Senior Unlimited - $275 (to purchase youth passes, the pass holder must be under 21 years of age and a full-time student) Off Peak - $170
  20. Ok I have been talking to the Sales Coordinator over at BC since no one has done it yet We need at least 15 people to get the group discount. I am definitely in so that makes at least 14 more. If you are interested send me a message or post here and as soon as we get some yes’s I will have them open up the web sign in for the group. The group discount prices did go up She is supposed to email the prices for all the passes in a little but I know that the Adult Unlimited is $315 I will post the prices as soon as I get them Let me know if you guys and girls are interested I know last year was crappy but it is still the closest hill to my house and I can easily get my fix in whenever I want Plus hopefully this year will be much much better Matt
  21. This is the thread from LAST YEAR about the discount hopefully someone does it again this year http://www.paskiandride.com/forums/index.p...mp;#entry113958
  22. This is only my second season riding and was just wondering with the temps starting to warm up when do you think BC will close? I am hoping for at least the end of March. I am going up to Tahoe for my honeymoon on march 5 ( doing Heavenly, Kirkwood and Sierra ) Will not be back until the 15th and I am hoping to squeeze a few more days out of my pass when I get back
  23. That is crazy!!! Was it dude with the cowboy hat? (He actually seems pretty cool and waves every time I pass him) Since you have a season pass I would have demanded to speak to somebody in charge and raised all kinds of shit about spending a good amount of money on a pass and having them turn you away at the door. Maybe even have them call BC-Mark. I was their yesterday at open until about 1:30 and did not have to wait more the 5 min in a lift line. Now today at blue was a different story I arrived their at 8 and it was starting to get crowded by 9 but the lines where moving. Sorry to hear about your bad day Hopefully next weekend will be better.
