  2. Hey guys talked to a few people on here but no one really knew who i should email or anything... i'm a student at Kutztown university and have worked at a ski shop for the past couple of years but this year am hoping to be part of the park crue at Blue mt. I have been a park skier for about the past 5 years(im going to be 20 in october) and was just wondering if there was anyone you guys think i should try and get in contact with because im afraid that if i wait until the job fair all the spots will be giving away to bros and whatnot so if anyone can help me out... THANKS IN ADVANCE

  3. Rossignol Scratch screamin 170 cm with Marker Griffon Bindings. I've had these skis just this year and I have skied them for exactly 27 days. They have been drilled once(the current bindings) and still have plenty of life. The bases are in good shape but have two visible scratches where ptex was put down but can easily be repaired with a full tune. Bindings have scratches because i ride alot of park but still function perfectly. These skis are amazing but I work at a ski shop so i will be getting another pair next year. Give these a good home, cash only, can meet for pickup. Get these while you can, p.s, they have a layer of hot wax on them so they are ready to store for the summer & I can remove the stickers with a heat gun upon request just let me know. $250 obo. Here is the description of the ski...

    Rossignol Scratch Scream'in Skis.

Designed for the rider who wants to rip up the whole mountain twin tip style. They are perfect for pipe, park, or just jibbing around the mountain. The Scratch Scream'in Skis feature a THC core made from three different materials: poplar for lightless and liveliness, fume wood for quick response and ski-to-snow feel, and ash wood for absorbing shocks and vibrations. The rocking chair effect guarantees spring on the rail and pop out of the half pipe. Fully equipped for everything, all over the mountain.

Many of the same features as the blast but with a wider waist.

    r21.3 (182) Radius

    Freestyle (Twin Tip)

    Mini Cap

    Wood Core

    120/88/113 Sidecut

  5. Whats up everybody I am an employee at Langhorne Skate & Snow and a long time member of this forum. I just wanted to let everybody(skiers and riders) know that the shop that I work at in conjuction with BC ironworks will be hosting two awesome movie premiers on Friday october 23rd at Bear Creek mountain resort located in Macungie,PA. The movies are "They came from" by factor films(snowboarding) and "Everyday is a Saturday" by poor boyz productions(skiing). The premiers are open to everyone but there will be a bar for those who are 21+. Details can be found in the attached flyer, but everybody should shop up and show some love... and maybe even win some freebies!!!

  6. Yeah I`ve revieved a few picture messages but I think everything still being built.. hopefully some pics will be up in the near future.. I`ll ask bossman to put some on the park crew myspace.

^^^ Yeah get him to do that haha cant wait to see some new shit

  7. Ok nowin getting stoked for Blue big time, even though the air bag is prob mad expensive I think its going to help porgress alot in the early season before the park really gets going and im actually ok with them getting rid of the halfpipe as long as it is either for the airbag or a packed rail garden... that would be ill! can't wait for true blue to open haha

    ^^^OK now im...

  8. Congrats on becoming a 46er, I just finished mine up last summer and everytime I'm out there I just try to imagine the possible ski lines... and there is sooo many!!! I too also have alot of winter camping exprience so if you put anything together and want a partner I'd be up for it. B)

  9. No, unless you hike up to the top of mansfield and ski back down to the top of the trails, I stand by my opinion that jay beats stowe... don't get me wong stowe is great and has some awesome woods, drops, etc. But i think jays are just more fun and even though we are arguing about terrain, price always matters!

  10. I don't know what some of these people are talking about, Jay blows stowe away... the whole damn place is woods and you can ski all of it!! And the best part is that even with the better terrain, it is like a solid $30 cheaper a day. Seriously, leave stowe, drive an extra hour or two and go ski jay
