nice. was up there yesterday and everything is 100%. bunch of new features in the last couple weeks and all the new trails are fully rideable. jumpline is SICK!!! we'll just have to rake some stuff to keep it looking neat.

shit big A, that fork is fucked! ok i'l call ya and we'll talk about it. there needs to be a bunch of maintenance to get everything back up to 100% so you're not missing much. there's 3 new bad ass trails too. they're so awesome i just wanna ride them buck ass naked--let it all hang out.

i am tentatively trying to set something up to show some new poeple around. planning for next weekend, i think its the 21st/22nd. -you must have a downhill or freeride bike. -we'll do an hour of trailwork before we ride. -if possible we need a truck to shuttle the bikes. aside from the usual crew up there, i'm sure big Andy from ironworks will also be down to ride. anyone who wants to join us is more than welcome. all of the features have go arounds but they are VERY steep and you must have some sort of experience with stuff like that. post if interested. this place makes Diablo look like shit.

best thing to do is drive the 20 minutes to shuttle lehigh. trails are starting to be reworked and most of the bigger shit is still in perfect condition from over the winter. as of now bear is pretty much pointless. no flow, no jumps, can't really shuttle. that would be sweet if they brought back lift access though. that place has mad potential. shoot me a PM on here is you want me to show you around. we hide the entrances to the freeride stuff so cross country guys stay off em

someone needs to turn the heat on over there to get the snow melting. let's get some rad freeride shit up in the woods so there's something decent to ride during the summer. blue's park is still sick even though the warm weather. the last jump is booter-ific. plus pond skim this weekend.

fuckin sweet conditions today. the urban flatbar was pretty much untouched, then things got a little crappy until the jump before the wallride, wallride, and the super crispy booter. little park was so slow i couldve ran faster in my boots... good shit though

Pfeilbr from Newschoolers going over the rainbow at bear, coming off switch to a little kid pretty much leaning up against the end of the rail. talk about a soft landing. that little kid had so much shit squished out of him they had to sled his ass down. i laughed for like 3 days after seeing that...

damn, and today my pass was taken away from me since my sister doesn't work there anymore. i was under the impression if you go back to school your dependent pass is still sweet as hell... well, no more bear creek for the season

good shit park crew. the butter pad is small, but built PERFECT. we've been talkin about doing that for years now... Today some idiot cased the step-on and broke his ankle. he told ski patrol he's been boarding for 9 years blah blah blah, then ski patrol asks me if they should closed it off and tell Andy to rip it down... how the fuck can you mess that up? my first run down i didnt know it was there made turns into it and still made it. crazy how one person wrecks fun stuff like that everybody else. the good thing is that i told patrol that it is super easy and a smaller version of what could have been, and they went with Good Ol' Boyer Judgement.

rumor has it if you go up into the terrain park real late at night you can see a naked skier flying by. some say he's so hairy around the ass he might be sasquatch, others say it's boyer. i'll have to show you the pictures so you can see some hard evidence...

did you notice how the top pivots to different angles? it can be set up pretty much any angle. if you see andy out on the slopes give him ideas of what you want. he prob doesnt get to look through here much.

it was on that first jump coming into cascade. i was casing it or barely makin it all day and magically overshot and landed on my back. its gonna be real funny footage if he has it...

have no idea who this kid is but it came up under bear creek vids. i feel bad for this kid 1. because he rides ski blades 2. his nuts must be mush by now. wait till the end. it's worth it.

you guys have to realize how much work it takes to change up the park.. first off, i bet Andy has had his hands full with the buckmans jam stuff.. every rail has T shaped legs for support. try digging them out when they are under six inches of ice. sometimes it may take a few hours to set one (1) rail. multiply by whole park = holy shit that's a lot of work. hit features switch, spin on, shit like that and it wont get boring. for those of you who has been around the last couple seasons, the planet S box took 3 hours to get up onto the hill, make a platform of snow long enough for it, try to stand it up, only for it to snap in half leaving only 1 C part rideable. but yes, a new setup would be nice (i hope Blue crew doesnt read this, but hasnt their park been pretty much the same setup all season?)

holy shit! the crazy thing was i skied right onto the lift all morning, no waits. not even a drop line in the park. i walked through past the tune shop to leave and the rental line was all the way out to the ski check, and as i left cars were backed up all the way up the access roads and both ways on state road. how were you supposed to get by if you were just driving past? crazy ass shit! i just laughed and yelled "suckerz!" out my window to all the people sittin there. next time use your better judgement that holidays are when all the wacko-s come out and take up all the parking spots. be there 745 am or just wait until during the week...

I def. like the results of the park pass. pretty much no one was in the bigger park and everything was groomed fuggin beautiful! rails were pretty crispy but the lips in that park were Buck! Buck! you should have seen how disapponted these squids were when they wouldnt give em a pass because they had rental equipment... idiots... the only thing i didnt like was park passes can't be gotten until like 10 am... and then the big park is like 3 hits long, flat landings after the flat bar and c-box. had a good time even though it aint BC, blue, or BB. what they had out they kept mad crispy.
