Nope, I checked my Strava and it is telling me that it’s still very much biking season. Although I did buy an extra lens for my goggles a few weeks ago, I’m not counting that as a qualifier for starting a 17/18 gear thread.

Most of the whole Ski industry is high 95% of the time. That goes double at BlueIts not rocket science, most ski techs are high as a kite 95% of the time and paid $12 an hour, do you think they really care? Clearly they dont, see the OP's problem above......

I used to go to Pittsburgh a lot as a kid as my aunt uncle and cousins lived there. Usually around route 100 of that drive my parents would tell me no talking until Harrisburg.

Interesting reading. I had no idea mountain creek is/was the old Action park of years ago. I read something about action park last year about it being the most fun, almost dangerous water park thing in the country. I think it was nicknamed "traction park" or something.
Accurate nickname. I only went there once as a kid and don't remember much, other than the go-carts were legit fast.

VERNON -- The owner of the popular ski resort and waterpark, Mountain Creek Management LLC, is seeking Chapter 11 protection under the U.S. bankruptcy code.
That provision, if granted, would enable the resort to restructure its debt while maintaining daily operations, including the opening of its outdoor waterpark next month.

It's not.MAX pass includes 5 days at Windham, Bellayre, and Mountain Creek*, as well as Okemo, K-ton, Stratton, Pico, Sunapee, and Loon and many others, including western resorts. Worth it if you like to travel north a bit.
I had the Peak pass this year and didn't use it much. Went to Mt. Snow some, but Jack Frost bores my face off, why go to Hunter when I can get NYC crowds at Blue, and to get to Wildcat and Attitash, you have to drive past, like, eleventy-thousand great ski areas. Crotched's "midnight madness" is unique, but again, I can get crashed into by random drunks while skiing at Blue and save the drive.
*Disclaimer: I've never been to Mountain Creek, so I'm not sure if it being on the pass is a positive or not.

I almost forgot, but TP4 reminded me with his RMA/Giftcard from DC.
I RMA'd a Mountain Hardwear Fleece that had a busted zipper. Paid $60 for it and after I lost weight, it was waaaay to big on me. I got a $150 gift card which I used for a new (warmer) jacket off their clearance website.
So if it's a warm winter, it's probably my fault.
