sorry to hear that man.. hope it heals quick so you can get some more riding in by the end of the season.. but you arent the only one out.. I broke my collarbone at camelback it was one of those freak accident kinda things.. and im out till the beginning of march so i know how you feel

i agree... everyone was ether doing a back 180 off the up box or tail 270/450 but eero did frontflip off but thats about it.. and with the battleship box everyone gapped 270.. except eero nosepress to front board and i think it was kevin pearce who did a noseslide gap to frontboard.. not a big fan of the course

i think your son should of experimented with the jumps in the Laurel Glade park first... this is a perfect example why guys like you shouldn't take their kids through the park especially the "Advanced Park" when they don't know what they are doing! and yes there is no way your kid got 20 feet of air at camelback.... that is impossible.. unless maybe he jumped off the lift Here is an image of Simon Dumont getting roughly 15' of air out of the pipe.. now he probably went higher, im guessing this shot was not taken at the peak.. because Simon always goes huge in the pipe.. look at that and then tell me again that your son got 20' of air

that sucks so bad for white.. but this was the worst slopestyle ive ever watched for snowboarding... the 2nd round was a waste cause i think about 7 of the 8 riders slid out on the landing of the 2nd jump.. the girls killed it earlier and i think the guys got screwed anywho i love eero and i was rooting for him to medal but he got 4th.. the announcers were saying that there was a rumor going around that eero could throw a switch triple back on the money booter which would of been ridiculous, but as i mentioned before he was one of the unlucky 7 to wash out on the landing of the 2nd jump in the 2nd round

this is from the day i broke my collarbone.. oh yeah and keep in mind i broke my snowboard a few days before this too.. man camelback really screwed me over this year

haha it wasnt the last run we were gonna do like a few more but it ended up being the last one once that happened haha i never call last run... my bro has an old burton custom but once my collarbone heals i should still be able to ride the dom.. the tail is cracked pretty bad but its still rideable

yeah they had them both running today.. and there were some bare spots starting to show in the park and on some trails like birches and marc anthony i think

my bro an i arrived around 8:30 and rode till about 1:00.. early in the day it was nice but once it warmed up and the sun came out it became very slushy.. perfect spring riding though in jan. the park was the same as it has been and we filmed for awhile so i will have a video up soon. but the bad news for the day is i broke my board a few days ago, right across the tail. and today i broke my collarbone so my season is over.. on the rainbow box i was just simply nollieing off the top all day long and when we were planning on heading home we went through the park again and i went to nollie off the rainbow box again and i ended up nollieing too soon and just flew forward and landed right on my shoulder/collarbone.. so then i got to sit in the first aid room for 30 mins waiting for my ride to come take me to the hospital.. then another 3hr wait there.. and now im out for 6-8 weeks
