DiMe Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 Just got back from an afternoon sesh at The Camel. Snow coud best be described as creamy, super saturated and fast. It's gonna be all about that solid base after a freezing night. Lapped the park lift mostly which only contains a stall feature, down rail and 10-15 jump. Fun but very much lacking compared to Blues early season park yet nice to have a dedicated lift to lap it. Finished out with some laps down Asp, Hump and King Tut. Forgot how legit Camelbacks steeps are for the very short duration your get to go down them, so short. Oddly it although it was super light crowds today the top premium parking lot had about 50 cars with playes from about 20 states. Ikon doing it's thing I suppose. I'll be back at Blue for the foreseeable near future. I'll check Camelback again when they upgrade the parks.
