It simply is not cold enough. If they blow any snow at all between now and then it is going to be marginal conditions at best. Any rail jam at all would be just that. A rail that you can session. Big Boulder is the best position to open because it is a couple of degrees colder and they are motivated to open, but there is nothing they can do about the weather.
