  1. For the first time in my life I bought a true freeride cruiser/pow board after Tuesdays dumpage.  I am hella faster now on that ride. I can't believe I waited so long to try something other than true twin park rides, it's so fun to ride.

@DiMe are you going out west next season?  I feel like you should go especially with Ikon pass.

Yes, likely planning a Copper trip with the homies.  Would also be down to join a PASR trip if you guys are willing to show me around a little before dusting me while I strap in 🤣.  Also would consider joining you in CO in April next year if you want safety company.

Nah, unless Ikon is significantly cheaper than Epic. If I recall Ikon is way more expensive and offers nothing around here besides Windham which is maybe going off Ikon. I'm generally happy with Epic's list of resorts as I still want to ski Vail and Heavenly.

Forgot to add Ikon gives immediate spring access to Sugarbush and Stratton.  Epic does no spring access.

You are correct Ikon is more expensive.  However Ikon offers unlimited access at Sugarbush and Stratton in VT which IMO is better than Mount Snow/Stowe on epic.  I love Stowe but she far and I'd prefer Jay going that far.  Ikon also offers 5 or 7 days at Killington/Pico.  Sugarbush goes till May Killington pushes further.  Stowe goes till mid tonlate April I believe and Mt Snow pushes to end of April.

I know, with Epic I don't have to go into any physical building and stand in a line to physically transfer a piece of paper to another physical building 50 miles away after standing in another line. Get with the times KSL!!!

Will you be joining the PASR Ikon crew?  April Sugarbush will be a goooooood time.  Im booked 10-13 so far and planning on adding to that throughout the month.

Won't be long, he's moving down to the Carolinas, giving up security and looking for a heavy machinery job soon or so he says.

Excellent.  He'll surely make like 4x+ the salary doing that.  Shouldn't have waited so long.

This is true. I wonder what the plans for blue will be another version of camelback or if blue remains the "ski area" of the two.

The guy did say they have 42 lanes of tubing. That must print money faster than the Fed.

Tubing is open and busy all midweek.  Always wondered why Blue leaves that money on the table.

Maybe I should start blowing a whistle for boarders who hang out in dangerous blind spots.

Yell at them "Hit the feature, don't be the feature as you bonk off a helmet!!"

Did chute over the lip today and there were 2 boarders hanging out about 30 feet down.

Ouch!  If we're gonna run into that hard we use a spotter.

Yup he wrote up an incident report but still like I said about discretion

It's funny though how Killington encourages you to smoke your joints innthe parking lot 🤣.  Signs everywhere "smoking in parking lot only please".

I mean he’s right..shit can be really loud..vapes are better for discretion.  Gotta stay on security guys good side he shoots the shit with us more early and late season when not much is happening and he wears yak traks attached to his shoes.

Not saying he's wrong and I'm not on his bad side.  Each time has been a peaceful conversation of the exact same lol.  He could just go the other way like the rest of em.  I'm old school I still like to burn down some bones in the lot.  Vape for the lift.

  12. Nice!!  I ended up hitting Camel for a short sesh today.  The lip into Chute yesterday was absolutely bonkers.  You could get so much air off it or knuck huck it, hope they keep it that way.

Oh yeah?? Details. He’s a nice guy to me and the PASRs but I don’t know if he has the composure to deal with rich entitled skiers from the tri state area.  Working security at dorney where it’s a lot of teenage hood boogers is different.

    Details above

I'd be happy to show him my medical prescription

I told him and he gives a shpeel about Blue being private property and even if it goes rec they still wont allow it.  Then he goes on about how med law in PA says it must stay at home bla bla and you can get a DUI for it bla bla.  Happen two or three times now he always opens with "I'm not busting ya but I gotta say put it out......."

I countered with I think the bars has all you described well handled and Blue makes a killing on it.  He just shrugged with no sensible rebutle 🤣

Here’s a video of a snowball fight in the liftline from last month and our buddy from security handling everything.  I think this was the day it took them a long time to get all the lifts going.

He's the pot police too 🤣

Now i havent listened to this, and im not going to, but from the comments i have read on the other thread here.......this is from the guy that couldnt put two intelligent sentences together, and talked mostly about the water park and hotel?

    Just curious.

Talked a lot of shit that me being a former employee found hilarious.  He stressed very hard on wanting to reduce employee turnover in managerial positions.

The potential for upgrading the Stevenson and other lifts but clarified nothing definitive yet.

Touched on Ikon and how it's effected both Blue and Camelback positively and negatively and their future outlook on it and hint at the potential Base Pass discount etc etc etc.

He's just another big money white collar.  Not a core ski industry guy by any means.  Camelback goes through GMs and whatever this guys role is like underwear.
