So this shows how narrow minded one can be. One persons bad experience results in bad customer service? Give me a break. And please explian how they treat their passholders like shit. Keep in mind that pass you have entitles you to unlimited lift rides. As far as I can see there is nothing else attached to the season passes. If I call you a liar in this thread would it result in a bad experience with this thread.....gimme a break. Thats why I started this thread. People who have had a nice experience have a place to put it. Notice how the nice things that people say are all encompassing. Not like those of you who harp on the one bad experience. Or the fact that you need to beat the dead horse.

They are just trying to get a rise out of all the park rats. They will surely learn their lesson when you guys go pro and move out west.

Papa, I have to absolutely agree with you this time. With CB and it's crappy customer service. Why the hell are they interested in ticket sales? Have you ever heard of Promotion? I hope you would...seeing as you are probably the one here with the most to gain. Let me explain...If you promote the mountain they would have, ummm, more ticket sales. Thus turning more revenue. More money for capital improvements. A sucessful mountain would surely bring more business to the area. Then you living at Northridge would reap the ultimate reward...an increase in property value. I have never seen someone so ignorant to make an investment into an area and then totally rip it. You are the like the president of McDonalds that only eats Burger King. I live in central NJ and promote every chance I get to bring people there. Its common sense.

O.k. where do we start? If you get to Windham @ 7:00 in the morning and get valet parking....yo u still have the equivalent of walking from the lower lot @ Camelback. If @ Stratton.....You must carry your gear twice that far and go through the village. Killington...same shit. I think Camelback is doing a great job with their layout especially with the lower ticket booth for those of us that don't have passes but don't need anything from the base lodge. As far as customer service is concered....I am not a douche bag and really pretty self sufficient (can figure out how to buy my pass on my own) ( I wipe my own ass too) I have skiied CB for 9 years now and NEVER had a problem. Every liftie has always greeted us, Rangers that we shared a lift with have always engaged in conversation about conditions, and general staff while doing their other duties has always offered a pleasantry of some sort during the day. Russ the bartender remembered my name and what I drank even though I came up maybe once every two weeks. Sometimes being nice makes other people want to be nice to you. Obviously, If you're an ass there going to not extend any nicities to you.

I am thinking about coming up Friday and I might stay till Sat.

I also commend Camelback on the parking situation. As your employees are having a crappy season as you must be (revenue wise) the best thing to do now is make them park @ Northridge. That will definitely make them more eager to come in.

Marjies is just delightful, so well groomed.....Thanks for the info. As for the rest of the info... The scenery is just beautiful and the rangers keep everyone safe. And there is these lifts that go really fast. The cafeteria food is great. The lifties are helpful and ski patrol attentive. Rentals are a breeze and the instructors are skilled with teaching beginners. You should have an awesome time there. I am glad you have these nice things to say about Camelback but maybe you should start a new thread about it.....it dosen't belong here.

Once again Papadouchenozzle has steered the Margie's condition page into ...look at me and I'm an @ss again. Has anyone been on Margies since four days ago since this happened?

Has anyone seen Cliff's hangers yet?

First, I'd like to say I don' give two douchenozzles weather or not they open the pipe or Rhodo for that matter. I like to ski Cliffy and they are not blowin snow on it yet. I dont know why there advertizing dept says they have a double diamond and it's the middle of January and it's not open yet. They keep blowin on the parks and pipes and it's not fair to the skiiers. WAAAAAAH,WAAAAAH Craig you should have a promotion at the mountain give a free lift ticket to the people that can run over the douchenozzles.

Definately stay on the access road.....Rutland Sucks....Went last year and stayed off rt.7,it was horrible driving 20+ minutes in the snow to get there. Theres also nothing to do in town....it blows. We ended taking a cab up to the access road($50 each way) to go to the bars. Vt police are all over the place.DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE up there.

Was up at Stratton Thurs. through Sun. awesome time good conditions. Okemo is usually better with grooming but it was nice to be doing turns again.
