  1. If you are really serious about a good fit, I'd recommend GMO up at Stratton. True, Greg Hoffman, has gone west but it sounds like he trained his staff well in alignment and balance issues and, making beds. The main attraction of GMO, is that you can have temporary adjustments done, some cardboard and duct tape added by his crew, go out the back door and onto the lift and take a run to see how things feel and then come back and fine tune it some more. At the end of the day you come out with a boot that has been adjusted a few times to where it works perfectly for you.

    Hey Bode fans...

Theories Abound! Pick one? A. His mean older sister Kyla just showed him his birth certificate and finding out that his name is Sam has put him into an identity crisis; Sam can't ski as fast as Bode. B. He feels cheated that his parents shorted him on odd names like they did his younger sister, Genesis Wren Bungo Windrushing Turtleheart Miller .... or his younger brother ..... Nathaniel Kinsman Ever Chelone Skan Miller. He now can't "feel the love". C. Head skis are overrated; he needs to return to his roots and break out the old K2-4's! D. He is drinking too much? E. He is not drinking enough?
  3. They got real lucky. Google the Pocono Record. She lost control by the rest area eastbound when she looked down to tune the radio. She was belted and had only minor injuries. Two passengers (no belts), were ejected and are OK. Note: It usally doesn't turn out that way ...... pic of the car is pretty bad.
  4. I was hoping to get reasonable offers and would prefer to sell this as a package since it would be ideal for a J-2. Translation, make me an offer on the skis and the shorts and suit would probably get tossed in. My other idea in posting here was that since many of you are local, relative to CB, Blue and other Pocono hills, is to meet up and let you eyeball the stuff. This saves on hard feelings and all of that since photos can't quite say it all in addition to saving on the shipping. I hope I won't be violating any rules, but there are photos on Epic Ski, I'd post them here but since I am ... ok ... I'll admit, I don't know how to do it and would have to wait till my camera comes back so my kid could post them. On Epic, it's under ... race stuff and there are two almost identical posts, one with photos and one descriptive.
  5. GS skis, 2 pair Fischer World Cup race stock, 183 FIS/USSA compliant: 05/06 model 1 new never mounted still has shipping tape on them. 1 slight use with RC4 z17 bindings, light scuffs on top sheet and bottoms, never seen a grind or repaired. GS Race Suit, Louis Garneau, mens large, grey & red four years old and has the usual, a few minor slashes at the cuff and a small tear on the knee. Spyder training shorts with suspenders, black, mens large, almost new. Send me a PM if interested with reasonable offers. Skis were bought through the Fischer race program and would make a great training/race combo.
