Hi Jer and welcome to PASR!! My boys and I spent 6 days in tahoe at the end of January last year. General comments and questions????? I could write a book!! I guess I would suggest to watch the weather reports and make sure that your "bluebird day" is at Heavenly. You gotta do Squaw Valley while there. South tahoe is Kirkwood and Sierra both epic yet equal in my opinion. North of the lake is Squaw, Northstar and Alpine meadows, in that order. Northstar's park was one of if not the best. there are some kept secrets, we got a chance to ski the "chutes" at Mt Rose, because of the epic amount of snow. Check my albums for some pics of what to expect. We have a regular member Dharrisburg who probably can offer some up to the minute advice prior to your leaving. stick around and post often or just jump in and join the melee(sp?)

CB is changing!! The CB message board link appears to be gone from the home page. They refunded all the snooty upgraded premiere pass thingies . They got updated pics daily - so many are park related And now they have a contest to name their new park feature.... albeit the winner gets passes to camelbitch They should just call it a boardwalk.. EDIT: I misunderstood that they are still talking about summer stuff.. duh... "Getting the word out" is one of the toughest things to do unless you have a huge budget. Your product is skiing related and you are Local. I ride every day Line Darksides which are exactly that, an all mountain ski. I got the Karmas for western skiing and just for the fun of it, I never have skied on a large mid fat... 88 waist. Besides, I ski switch quite well I also have my eyes on a short slalom ski 11m radius, just for the fun of it toooooo..

Based on last year, BC for sure in PA - If this preseason is any indication then RT and Liberty will prolly be right up there too! Northstar at Tahoe and Park City and Snowbird for the really big stuff out West.
