roundtop is having a jam on the same day. now the question is which one to go to?!?!

i'm definately going. hoping it won;'t be like the roundstop early season jam. you know, 250 people, four hours and only two hits. sounds like it will be a good time. ...........and maybe i'll go surfing on sunday

will any one from the keystone state be making the treck to killington the weekend of april the 8th. spring loaded is going down and for any one who hasn't gone before it is a great time. fun comps and great people all weekend. definately worth going if you can make it. i'll be there

it's really beat that the season ends before it has to. it is definately a nice way of saying thank you to all the loyal customers that worked through the mud in january with the hopes of riding in april. thanks for all the talk. we'll see you next year.

lets say i wanted to come up to the mountain and hike some rails after the lifts have stopped spinning. can i do this?

what are the breakdowns for the slopeystyle? is it be ability, such as beg, int, adv, or is it by age. if by age what are the categories?

so now that we have all said how icey and horrible it was tonight i do not have to say it. but i will. def. too icey to do any thing. the rail at the end is a y rail. and the new box every one is talking about is called a sliding board. it looked really sketchy. i'll hit it on a warm day when the consequences for falling are not as bad.

are there any updates on this comp? need to know times, price, setup, etc. thanks

i just got back from whistler on tuesday. it was amazing. there was so much snow every where. def. go to whistler.

i took 2 run on seventh heaven but the light was so flat i could not tell if i was moving or going at a cliff. 7th is on blackcomb and is supposed to be great on a sunny day wich i did not have because it snowed the whole time. i defintaely hit up some nice spots off the harmony chair at whistler. i'm hoping to get back there next year.

i was able to make a report on my first day out then i ran into some computer problems. so now that i am back in the luscious state of Pa i can give me reports. it snowed every day i was at whistler. 18 inches the first day then between 5 and 6 inches the next 5 days. on my seventh day of riding it snow about a foot over night and a foot during the day. the pow was amazing. it was every where and waist deep in some spots. i did not go through the parks that much., whistler had more of an intermediate park that was kinda fun. nothing to fancy. then there was blackcomb with their medium park. they also had a huge park., the nintendo park. i did not go through the big park because the jumps were too big to try and hit with a foot of powder on the takeoff. and let's be honest, when there are several feet of snow all around it is hard to stay in the park. i rode on some bowls that seemed to go forever. i witness my first real avalanche. however it was from the mountain staff bombing the alpine to make it safe. i had snow every where i went. wonderful trees with some decent cliff drops. i was the for 8 days and rode seven out of those eight days. six days straight at one point then a break on sunday and the last day was monday. i don;t know what else to report. the snow was awesome. i spent less than 700 for the entire trip. any one that has a chance to go to whistler i would seriously suggest that you go. i don;t have many pics but i have some video footage i can get stills from. some one tell me how to post or send pics and i will.

today is my first day at whistler. i rode on blackcomb all day. i got into the park a little it was nice. but there was too much snow to hit jumps. there was around 2 feet all over the mountain. the rails were decent. the jumps were okay. i did not make it into the pipe. i will try to post as often as i can to let every one know how it goes. plan on going to whistler and the highest level park in a couple days. i hope all is well in PA

i am looking for a burton seven. i believe it is the 03 model. it has the seven deadly sins and the snake on the bottom. if you or any one you know has one of these for sale please contact me. i will pay top dollar for the right board.

how good is the comp scene at rountop?

so i am going to whistler from jan 5th to the 17th. i am really excited about going because this is my first time going out west. i have rode most of the mountains in vt. nh. and maine. if any one here has been to whistler and has any tips for me on where to go i would appreciate it. i am looking to ride for a solid 9-10 days. i am stoked and can't wait to hit some big park stuff. as well as doing some real backcountry riding and maybe some bowls i don;t know. i am leaving in a matter of days so i probably should have made this post a month ago. but oh well. thanks to everyone

so i will be trying to go to bear creak on thursday the 29th. i want to know what features they have in the park? so, if any one was riding today or recently please post back. and if any one will be there tommorow night and wants to ride look for the zebra styled (04-05) dominant and yell to me. however i will be listening to music so you may need to get my attention. thanks alot every one

i am the rider from the s-rail shot in transworld. transworld is to blame for it saying mountain creek. i claimed that shot as bear, but mountain got printed. i am really bummed about it.

on the home page doesn't it say " where pa comes together"? there are always going to be pricks in any park. i was at CB on saturday and had some 30 year old guy cut in front of me on the battle ship. he was obviously new to skieing. he went of the lip like a jump and i boardslide the rail. all the while i was yelling move, get out of the way, etc. i confronted him afterwards and said how dangerous it is. he understood that. i was not rude or cursing at him trying to fight. maybe when i was younger but now i just want to enjoy a day in the park and have as much fun as possible. i try to educate people on park ettiquete. weather they choose to listen or not is up to them. i think we should all just try to make parks safer so we can all go bigger and have a better time

i'll be there onday. look for my burton dominant. it's the zebra one with a pink base so it's not hard to miss. i'm always down to ride with people.

i do not have to work tomorow wich means i may come out to round top for the opening day. any one going to be there?

i can't make it to opening day but on monday i am going to go right after class. so i should be ripping around 4 if any one wants to ride
