cisco1980/ski999 will be here eventually, hes a lawyer. i would ask my dad, but he'd get all nosy then I prefer Ambulance Chaser. This MB is 'not for profit', so nearly everything, including reposting and copying CB images is fair game. Off limits would be to make threats and, well, that's about it. We certainly tested the limits at the Yahoo Group. see i thought i was right. i always thought of it as "no profit no problem". so just keep the death threats and such towards the daves and other CB employees/mountain and we are in for a great time!

yea i would think like 2 nights 3 days give or take depending on trail size. they should be able to resurface it fairly fast with the predicted temps and new system.

I have a Ride board bag for sale. i only used it like 5 or 6 times and it is in good condition. It is a "Pickle" style bag, the ones u slide the board in from the top and sinch it shut with a drawstring. However, it isn't just a cheap drawstring bag. It has a flap that clips over the drawstring to protect it and makes the bag the same size as ur board (so u dont have excess bag flappin around if u ride a short stick). Also has a mesh zip pocket on the outside to toss maybe a ski lock in. Pretty nice bag, very rugged. Getting rid of it cause i got a nasty Dakine bag with all the bells and whistles. Anyway i payed 60 for it so just make me offers for now. I am trying to get a pic of it up. Also, i know it isn't ski equiptment. But for those hockey players i have a Bauer ice hockey bag for sale. Its brand new and the best part is it says Labbat Blue all over it. Yes the ultimate hockey brew all over ur bag, u know u cant resist it. skate pouches and the whole deal, very nice. 70 bucks or best offer. (it could be used for any other gear if ur not a hockey player). pic coming soon.

i like the new forum idea. just come into the "Pictures" Forum and if u see a thread that applies to your pics post in that thread. if u don't see an appropriate thread, create a new one. sounds like a good idea to me all in favor say AYE!

although from my interpretation of the law this MB is legal. i would still wait for a more professional opinion before letting the daves know about it. although my bet is they prolly already know, kids can never keep their mouths shut. thats just a guess though. either way if they find out i am sure they will deal with atomic and think in a civil manner first. they will prolly just ask u to take the MB down before they will take legal action (if they actually can). so even if they do find out they will prolly not take u 2 to court as a first resopnse. they are the daves, but do u really think they are pompus enough to take u to court over something so petty? i think not. so worry not my friends, worry not. i still post on the other boar, but i am limiting my posts to topics i really feel interested in.

hence y my idea would work well. cause if it is our own pics they will be on our servers not the MB's. btw screw flood control, lol

maybe not a "daily pics" page. but how about we dedicate a like sticky thread to "Mountain Pics". and after u get home from a long day of skiing or ridding at ur mtn of choice u can post the pics u took that day. or just pics of the snow outside when the blizzard of 2004 hits. that way we don't end up with 20million different threads concerning pics. i will post in there after almost every trip i make. i almost always have a cam with me
