    Waxing

what im saying though is that you guys are coming from a different perspective than we are. you guys race, so you want your bases to be as perfect as possible and your edges to be nice and sharp for holding turns. people who ride park and freestyle just give a basic wax to keep the base in decent shape since it gets destroyed from rails anyway. and we actually detune our edges in the center of our board to prevent hanging up when sliding rails, well i know at least i do as well as a lot of park riders
  18. i was on the cam at about 8 o'clock tonight and they were blowing snow !!!!!!!

    Waxing

yea but all of that is really technical. if you dont race, why would you need to worry about this since you're not waxing for speed, your just waxing to keep your base in good condition and to keep it from drying out
  20. eh its kinda like that in boarding, but yea ur gonna want a stiffer board for freeriding cuz you dont want it to flop around on the edges when your at high speeds
  21. i think the average is something like 46" a year, and this year theyre expecting somewhere around 40". if that 12-36" is true, that is just sad.
  22. haha yea man theres no way in hell theyll be ready
  23. no man, the stiffer the board the better it is for freeriding. the softer the board, the better it is for park. you got it backwards. but it also depends on what your doing in the park. if your doing pipe your gonna want a stiffer board than an all out park board.
  24. im not dissing them, im just saying that boulders park stuff is better. i wouldnt diss them, theyre afilliated with boulder
