RidgeRacer Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 Just back from a night session at Boulder and all I can say is wow. The snow was great tonight. The place was empty and the fan guns were firing on pretty much the entire Mt. With the temps around 15, the guns were laying down some really light man made powder. I did a few runs on Bunny's elbow, which was more hardpack and cord since there was no snow making on it. I moved over to Draufganger and then to Snow Drift and Boulder Park where the guns were on. Boulder park and Snowdrift were the runs of the night with lots of fresh powder. The upper part of Boulder Park was somewhat slow due man made snow piles but once you got going it was excellent. They also had an ungroomed sign at the Boulder Park entrance. As I made my last run, I noticed Love Park (I think) was closed. Anyway not much else other than tonight was top notch.
