I'm gonna need a start ramp because I don't have a good slop to my yard, so that's going to up the price. How much carpet do you think I'll need for a star ramp and a nice rail? VTmark Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 i had about a 6 foot high start ramp and it caust me like 120bux for the wood. i had some old carpet to use but the thing you have to worrie about is what way the ridges run if you use the indor/outdoor stuff.
